Pros:

The staff were exemplary. They went out of their way to help and even facilitated an early check-in. They were super friendly.

Cons:

My only gripe - floors were not carpeted in the room. What's up with that?

Excellent front desk but the hotel needs some work
Pros:

The front desk staff was excellent. They let us try 3 different rooms before the 3rd one was acceptable due to excess smells in the first two rooms.

Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated. The first 2 rooms we tried to use had a strange smell.

Pros:

Staff was great and I had a suite and it was spacious. However the bed was very basic in quality, thin an uncomfortable and not what you would expect in a suite. I did not rest as well as I should have.

This place is dirty, disgusting, old and rundown! I felt sorry for the woman at the desk! She was very nice and apologized when we said we were not staying there! It was not anything she could do! It is a very old place, rundown and dirty! It needs to be torn down or totally remodeled! The overall conditions were disgusting! Obviously, nobody that is in any position to do something about the conditions has not been there in years! Sadly, we had just stayed at a nice Holiday Inn Express in another state 3 days earlier and expected the same here! We have never checked out of a hotel within 5 minutes of checking in before!
