I enjoyed my stay. The pool was nice and relaxing.

Place is run down. Dirty. Bed is worse than sleeping on a piece of plywood. Location is sketchy.

We weren’t there long but HIE is always a good stay for us
Pros:

Selection was ok, tables were clean.

Cons:

My cranberry juice had very little taste, watered down a bit too much. Potatoes would have been a good bonus!

Disappointing and not up to IHG standards
Pros:

Cons:

Cleanliness. The floor of my room (which was not carpeted) was sticky and the bathtub was very slippery. The equipment in the fitness center was limited.

It was outstanding all around , friendly professional staff , outstanding breakfast, clean comfy room and hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was the best I ever had!!!! Great snacks , great decor and holiday friendly decorations loved it !
Very clean !

Cons:

The beds are too hard for the backs n the pillows for the necks but still good for few days .

Free Breakfast was very good . Decent variety of food.

Cons:

Room was clean, but little dated.
Bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable.
We cut our stay short by a day just because couldn't take another night sleeping on the bed.

Sucked guess that sums it up

I got a early check like I asked. But after check in got to my room laying on bed watching TV and the door opens no knock and no voice saying loud maintenance. He said do you check in I said yes. Then he continued to change the bulb in hall by bathroom and it broke glass every where and he cleaned it up best he knew how. And I was walking to bathroom and stepped on a piece of glass and got it in my foot. And I checked out and told to desk clerk and she said sorry I can't do nothing for you since I booked it threw a 3rd part and said sorry

Overall stay was very good other then dust on the floor . Staff is very good .
Pros:

Beds and furniture and amenites i liked and staff is very friendly .
Room cleaning done on every day .

Cons:

Room wooden floor has some black dust and it is not getting cleaned eventhogh cleaning is done every day.
I can see feet became so black.
