Clean, well appointed rooms and a courteous staff.
Pros:

The hotel is convenient to Maryville, Knoxville and the attractions in the PIgeon Forge/Sevierville area.

My room was very clean, and well appointed with everything I would need to be comfortable for an extended stay. The bedding is wonderful!!

The staff was plentiful and very helpful. The breakfast selections were adequate but remember, you have a kitchenette in your room so the options are endless.

The young lady who cares for your breakfast needs did an extremely good job presenting food items, keeping the area clean and making sure the patrons had what they needed. Kudos for a job well done!

Not a time went by as I passed the front desk did someone not speak or ask if they could help me with anything. This kind of courtesy isn't found much anymore so, thank you to the management team to instill manners in those on the staff. They deserve a pat on the back for their positive, can do attitude.

Haven’t slept that good this in months.
Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh in a clean food area. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Absolutely wonderful!
Pros:

The man who checked me in saw I had alot of luggage and I was exhausted so he gave me a room near the elevator which I really appreciated! That one act of kindness won a repeating customer because Ill stay here every time I fly out.
