Booked online a queen bed room, arrived and was prompted to self check in, NO. I paid for a Mercure hotel room and not the ibis up the road, I expect service. Then i was given a room with two single beds. I was too tired to complain and ended up having a bad sleep. Woke in the morning and the hotel had no hot water for a shower. Poor

No ice machine working from last 2 months. I have stayed 3 times in 2 months . Was at property on. 4 april i was allocated with room no 216. No aircon works den have to call reception they provide tiny litle table fan . After on 16-4-26- checked in room 211 same thing wid aircon not working. Receptionist came jump on chair while me n my partner was dere n she had to fix something at 11pm at nite . Really poor customer service
The bathroom locked in our room couldn’t open it had to call for help
It was so bad and smelled awful that I basically wasted my money. My friend came to pick me up, and I never went back to the hotel until the day of checkout. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a refund.
