The property’s location makes it extremely noisy
The interior of our room was old and the online image wasn’t similar in our opinion

I stay there often when in Canberra due to the location. This was the first time that I had a room at the front which was lovely …thank you!
The only thing I can think of is that it is a little ‘tired’ …the lounges in the foyer are a little worn & the room could have a few painting touch ups…little things that would make a difference!
It’s location in the civic area. All within walking distance ; and breakfast was just to my liking and specs 😊🙏🙏
A clear signboard of the hotel. When driving up on the Northbourne avenue trying to locate it, you can’t see it until you are just about driving past it. Suggesting to place the signboard where the pavement is so that those looking for the hotel can see it from a fair distance.

The staffs were friendly and professional during check in and check out.
Everything was so old. Card readers are very outdated that requires a few swipes to enter. Bathroom was dated. Wall skirtings are peeling. Awkward and inconvenient entrance to the pool and gym. Pool was small and shallow. Gym equipments are again old and rusty. It needs a serious face lift.
