It was good.
Pros:

Location was great, the room was big.

Cons:

No plug for the bath, and the bottom tap didn't work.

Cons:

Gym was very tired with machines that were old and didn’t work well. No towels in the pool or gym area. Heating on in the gym with no remote to change this. No basic plates or cutlery in room. On request if these one staff member on mid afternoon so had to go to reception to collect. Breakfast was average with cold dry bacon, eggs and potatoes. Warmers they were in seemed cold?? Coffee not great.

Great room, location, and price
Pros:

Huge room and it was super affordable! Also parking was only $20 per day which is much cheaper than other spots. Great location too!

Cons:

One of the lifts didn't go to ground floor so I was stuck and had to use the fire escape loll. Maybe out signage to avoid this confusion.

Perfect stay for a family trip away.
Pros:

Clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect location for a weekend getaway

Indoor pool- silly me assumed it was heated… not heated just indoors.

Great location, nicely sized room.

Cons:

Water pressure wasn't great. Complimentary snacks (eg. crackers or chocolates) would have been nice. Also, no room service menu was available.

Comfortable
Pros:

Location was good, nice and close to restaurants. Parking was convenient. Friendly check in/check out service.

Cons:

I would say that the rooms need repainting to freshen it up a bit. Maybe even adding hand wash instead of a soap bar. The furniture was nice and more modern.

I would recommend it very much for Canberra visitors and would definitely return to stay.
Pros:

Love the location - very close from the inter-city bus terminal (walking distance); also walking distance from city shopping areas, restaurants/bars etc.
Room was very sizeable and very comfy (bed, lighting, TV/entertainment). Also the gym area/indoor heated swimming pool was a PLUS!
