Will never stay there again
Pros:

Only room we could find for the weekend with family

Cons:

Cold water to shower in in the morning. Hotel stunk, they tried to cover it up with spray of some perfume thing. Not great for a person with asthma. Food at breakfast was cold unless you got it right after it was refilled. Outside the hotel was filthy and an absolute skating rink. Room didn’t get taken care of by cleaning staff

It was pretty good except checked in late and still had to check out same time as everyone else!!
Pros:

I liked it because it was comfy and the staff helped me out with checking in-because I forgot my pin to my credit card and they helped me out so they entered it manually! Thank goodness for that otherwise I would’ve been stuck.

Cons:

That I checked in late and still had to check out at 11 am even though I didn’t get enough sleep last night!

Expensive-run down
Pros:

Given the nightly rate, I was expecting a comfortable and well-maintained experience. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay.

Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom shower was not clean, and there was hair on the bed, which was disappointing and concerning from a housekeeping standpoint. The property overall appeared somewhat run down, which did not align with the pricing.

In the morning, there was no hot water available, which made it difficult to prepare for the day. Additionally, the breakfast offering was quite limited in quality, and our interactions with staff were not as welcoming or helpful as we had hoped.

Clean place to sleep, employees took no pride in their work
Pros:

There was a clean bed to sleep in. Was able to check in about one hour earlier than was stated.

Cons:

The breakfast had minimal choices compared to other hotels in the area. The rugs were outdated. The pool was ok but could tell was sloppily made to look nice. Wasn’t offered a joining rooms when booked two rooms. Also the cleanliness outside the hotel on its front steps and parking lot was gross

We chose the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub and neither were available so it was disappointing.
Cons:

We were really looking forward to a pool and hot tub and both were being renovated. There was no information about this with Booking.com when I made the reservation the same day as we stayed. Very disappointing.

Overall a great experience besides the pullout couch.
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome. Location was great for where we needed to go. A really great experience.

Cons:

The only downside was the pullout couch. It was extremely uncomfortable. It put my back out and I was sore for days afterwards.

The room itself was great, the staff was great

Cons:

Very, very strong with air fresheners on the 3rd floor, the hallway was unbearably thick with the air freshener. A great percentage of the population is sensitive to scents and I hope these get removed.
