I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL FRONT EMPLOYEE WAS EXTREMELY DISTURBING AND HARASSING

Dear Management,

I am writing to formally complain about an extremely disturbing, unacceptable, and ultimately threatening experience my wife and I had upon arriving at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Eilat on August 13, 2026.

We had a confirmed reservation at the hotel and arrived in the late afternoon to check in. Unfortunately, what should have been a routine hotel arrival turned into an experience that left us feeling unwelcome, uncomfortable, and sufficiently concerned that we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel.

As we approached the front entrance, our vehicle was parked directly in front of the hotel. The gentleman responsible for greeting and assisting arriving guests was interacting with other guests. We politely asked whether a bellman could assist us with a luggage cart.

His response was dismissive. He told us, “There’s a lot of people and I need to hold on.”

We patiently waited. Additional vehicles began lining up behind us, and eventually people around the entrance appeared to be decreasing. Despite this, no one came to assist us.

As vehicles behind us began honking, I politely asked the gentleman how much longer it would be before a bellman could assist us. His response became increasingly hostile and confrontational. He told us that we needed to wait, that he had no idea how long it would take to get a luggage cart, and that I should simply remove all of our luggage from the vehicle and leave it where we were standing.

I found this response completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Nevertheless, rather than escalate the situation, I began removing our luggage myself while my wife remained in the vehicle.

After unloading our luggage, my wife asked where she should move the vehicle. The gentleman was watching us but offered no meaningful assistance. He simply told us that we needed to move the vehicle and find parking elsewhere.

אפשר לסיים במשפט חזק ומרגש: "בסופו של דבר, מלון טוב זוכרים בזכות החדר והפינוקים אבל מלון מצוין זו

חוויית אירוח פשוט נפלאה, ובעיקר שירות יוצא מן הכלל ❤️

עוד לפני שהגענו למלון, אתי, נציגת Booking, טרחה ליצור איתנו קשר, לבדוק אם יש לנו בקשות מיוחדות ולדאוג שהכול יהיה בדיוק כמו שאנחנו רוצים.

כשאתי שמעה שאחד מאיתנו הוא חייל לוחם בשירות סדיר, היא ריגשה אותנו במיוחד ופינקה את שני החדרים מכל טוב. וגם במהלך החופשה היא לא הפסיקה לדאוג לנו פינוקים, שוברים לספא, עזיבה מאוחרת ללא תוספת תשלום, כניסה לטרקלין ועוד המון תשומת לב קטנה וגדולה.

היא כל הזמן בדקה שהכול בסדר, שטוב לנו ושאנחנו נהנים והכול מכל הלב, גם בלי שביקשנו.

איזה כיף לדעת שיש אנשים שקשובים באמת, רואים את האורח ודואגים לו מכל הלב.
אתי, היית פשוט אלופה! שירותית, נעימה, אכפתית ומקסימה.
זכיתם בה ובגדול❤️

תודה על חופשה מפנקת, על היחס האישי ועל התחושה שאנחנו בידיים טובות. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור לרכוש מבוקינג

Не смотря,на то что было очень много отдыхающих, в отеле регистрация прошла достаточно быстро. Персонал очень отзывчивый и добродушный. Как клиентам букинга,в номере нас ждал приятный сюрприз. А так же бесплатное посещение спортзала и СПА. Разнообразие блюд, живая музыка,для детей множество развлечений.
Мы остались очень довольны нашим отдыхом. Спасибо)))

חופשה מהנה ומפנקת

הכל היה נקי ומסודר מיקום מצויין
זה שאפשר לצאת אל החוף מאזור הבריכה במרחק של צעד זה פנטסטי
הניקיון בחדרים היה מעולה
וכל הזמן התקשרו לשאול אותי אם הכל בסדר ואם חסר לי משהו.
דבר נוסף שאני רוצה להוסיף ולציין זה את הגברת מהבית מלון בשם אתי מבוקינג שהתייחסה אליי ממש יפה ודאגה לי פשוט מתוקה אמיתית ויחס של מלכים היא נתנה לנו

היה נותן שירות במזנון בבריכה ביום שבת ששהינו שם
שבעלי הזמין ממנו 5 מנות של עוף עם תפוח אדמה ושתייה רצה לקחת ולא לשבת במקום .
הוא לא ארז את המנות פשוט נתן לו את הקופסאות לחלק מהן לא היו מכסים ,יחס ממש לא יפה .בעלי נאלץ לארוז את כל האוכל לבד בתוך הקופסאות
למרות שמשה בעלי היה הראשון בתור לפי השעות פתיחה של המזנון האיש שירות במזנון נתן יחס קודם לאחרים

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת במלון! מהרגע הראשון קיבלנו יחס חם, אדיב ומקצועי מכל אנשי הצוות.
החדרים היו נקיים מאוד, מסודרים ומאובזרים בכל מה שצריך.
המלון נמצא על הטיילת, ממש מול הים.
האוכל היה טעים ומגוון.
התרגשנו מהמתנות והפתעות שקיבלנו גם עם ההגעה וגם לפני העזיבה.🤗
תודה מיוחדת לאתי היקרה, שליוותה אותנו מהיום הראשון. היא הייתה קשובה, זמינה לכל שאלה ודאגה שנרגיש בנוח לאורך כל השהות.
נהנינו מכל רגע. תודה רבה לכל הצוות על השירות האדיב, החיוך והיחס האישי. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב!😍
