Good location and range of facilities, friendly and helpful staff - an enjoyable stay !
Pros:

We initially booked a standard twin room but my wife has restricted mobility and found the toilet both cramped and difficult to use (movement around the room was also a bit difficult). Our booking was readily changed by the very helpful staff to an accessible room (albeit with double bed) without any quibble or additional charge.
The 'new' room was far more suitable and had space to move around. Very clean and well appointed.
Breakfast was the usual simple but tasty HIE offering (we took a tray and ate in our room, again no problem).
Other facilities were great (free parking, free wi-fi, bar meals available 24/7 etc)

Cons:

Our preference would have been for a twin-bedded accessible room, but there were no such rooms at this hotel - perhaps this could be considered (or the provision of larger bed options) - unfortunately the mattress in our room (203) had seen better days and sagged uncomfortably into the centre !

We had a lovely relaxing time at hotel. Would recommend it to friends and family.
Pros:

The breakfast lovely. There was plenty to choose from and plenty of tea and coffee. It felt very friendly and relaxed. My daughter was up for badminton competition so the hotel was only 5mins away from venue so very easy to get to .
