Avoid a room near the lift
Cons:

Small uncomfortable bed for two, poor breakfast. Noisy room on the first floor near the lift, sleepless night because of the doors end lift in the hallway.

Comfortable, clean spacious bedroom.
Very friendly welcome. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Obliging staff.
Very clear & visible fire safety instructions especially helpful for a first time visitor.

Exceptional hotel, excellent staff.
Pros:

This hotel was amazing, the staff were so helpful, and polite, our room on the ground floor was spotless, the breakfast was really well prepared and plenty of staff to keep it fresh and topped up. I would look to stay here again, probably one of the nicest in Perth.

Nothing at all, it was perfect for us.

Lovely gift for our dog and so good to have a blanket and bowl waiting for him in room
A relief to find we could still order late in evening
