Convenient location, near to MRT, bustop & 7/11. Strategic location. Smooth check in & check out process. Sustainability effort by not provide drinking water bottles replace and replaced it with a water bottle to refill with tap water. Spacious room & easy to use the switches in the room as there is a label so guest is not confused.
We were greeted by Anthony and Fatin who were both super friendly and helpful. The room is lovely and we also got a little birthday treat delivered to us 😊 Very happy!!

Had a mini weekend getaway here and it was heaven. All amenities to meet your every need and I love the club room, which comes with a complimentary minibar and Nespresso machine. Pool was serene and hotel location is 💯. Friendly and welcoming staff, shoutout to Fatin and Valerie for the top-tier service. Hope to come back again!

Das Hotel soll angeblich renoviert sein, das merkt man aber in den Zimmern nicht, ziemlich abgewohnt.
Das Frühstück findet in der Hotelbar statt, eine schreckliche Atmosphäre. Wir sind nur einmal hingegangen
The location is pretty good with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, cant fault staff but the room smelt bad and was very dirty, needs a refurb

It was quite expensive, but I think it was the same as other hotels around
Exceptional service over the two days by the team; especially, Arshad and Dennis, at the Rendeavouz Hotel. They made brilliant arrangements for the training sessions that was conducted for the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company, Kenya. Highly recommend the venue for meetings, trainings and conferences.
Amazing place to stay. The underground and bus stops are literally right outside the door, which makes travelling to anywhere around Singapore easy and low cost.
The hotel was super clean throughout and service was excellent. It was also very peaceful.

Bon hôtel de gamme moyenne supérieure. La piscine avec jacuzzi fait du bien en fin en journée.
Epicerie 7 11 quasi dans le hall de l hotel. Bien pratique. Métro à 10 mètres.

Stayed for one night… close to the bus and train station…. One train to Marina bay…. Close to bugis market and bugis junction…. Food stalls all around…. The location was excellent. The facilities were OK.. breakfast wasn’t very halal friendly so ate lots of bread….
The shower drainage was a problem.
The location was great, right next to Bencoolen MRT and down the road from Bras Basah MRT. Had a good pool/spa area.
Almost everyday I had to call reception from the pool to tell them that there were no towels at the pool and that the hamper full of used towels was over flowing. Breakfast also had a mouldy strawberry in the fruit platter and club lounge amenities weren't constantly refilled - i.e water in the fridge

A bit dated
The system of light and privacy button lives its own life - you may find yourself with all lights on in the middle of the night. The same about privacy button - it gets off so your door is knocked and open in the morning by cleaners. Stuff obviously pretends all fine/fixed. But you can never sleep well here
