The Rensezvous represents good value for money in expensive Singapore. Its location adjacent to the Bencoolen metro station makes for easy, cheap and safe transport across the city. The Reception and Concierge desk staff were particularly helpful in resolving a duplicate booking that I had inadvertently made.
The location is super convenient. It’s very close to both the MRT and bus stations. We visited Sentosa, the Zoo, and Merlion Park, and all the transport links were less than a five-minute walk from the hotel. The room feels a bit dated but is clean, and the shower has great water pressure and temperature. Kids under six stay free if they share a bed with adults, which helps save on costs—though it does make the bed a bit crowded
Very well-maintained hotel with an excellent location! The metro is just around the corner, making it incredibly easy to get around, and you can even walk to many of Singapore’s main attractions.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay — I would definitely recommend it!
The location was quite good, as a Metro stop just around the corner, 5/6 stops to get to downtown snd MBS, Facilities good, tea/coffee making facilities, bed was okay, shower okay

I recently stayed at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore (hotel was chosen by the travel agent) for a professional commitment, and it truly exceeded my expectations for a four star hotel.

My room was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was superb, the lighting well considered, and the overall layout practical without feeling impersonal. Everything functioned seamlessly, which made the stay feel effortless rather than merely adequate.
The location is another undeniable advantage. Situated near Bras Basah and within easy reach of Orchard Road, the hotel offers convenient access to restaurants, cultural venues, and public transport. Getting around the city was simple and efficient, whether for business meetings or exploring at leisure.
A special mention goes to the entire staff, who were consistently attentive, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Their professionalism felt natural rather than rehearsed, and every request was handled promptly and with care.
Overall, Rendezvous Hotel Singapore delivers comfort, convenience, and thoughtful hospitality in equal measure. I would gladly return and confidently recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.
