Had a wonderful stay at the Rendezvous Hotel Singapore. The location is very convenient and close to many attractions and shopping areas. The housekeeping team did an excellent job changing the bed sheets every day and keeping the room nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay again.

Rude attitude from the front desk. Online check in was available but he made it an issue that I did not have physical IC - there was no need to create a fuss. Attitude from the front desk really affects the quality of the stay so pls improve

Location is fantastic bencoolen stn and bus stop is right behind the hotel. Stayed for 8 days. Rooms are bigger compared to other hotels.Loved the stay, will recommend this place.

The room was nice but a bit dated
During the trip, my nasal allergy flared up, so I hurried back to the room to get my medicine. When I tried to use the key card to enter the elevator, I found that the card had expired, so I had to go to the front desk to resolve it. Coincidentally, it was check-in time, and there was a long queue. The staff had no intention of opening a new line. Finally, when I reached the counter, the staff told us that the room card we were holding was wrong—it wasn’t for our room number. We were very confused: if that was the case, why were we able to enter the room yesterday when we checked in? Then, when we went back up to the room, we found that it had been cleaned, even though we hadn’t requested it. So what exactly happened?
I had a great stay at Rendezvous Hotel Bugis, made even better by the outstanding service from Shalini and Anthony. They provided a smooth check-in and kindly upgraded me to a Junior Suite, which was a lovely surprise. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out—highly recommended!
The staff were excellent, both at reception and at the club, very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, a very pleasant experience!
