位置特别好，古连明站出口位置，周围有两条线，非常方便，去圣淘沙岛上紫线就4站，周围一两站就是牛车水、克拉码头，到机场45分钟公交车36路，地理位置真绝了！房间打扫的非常干净！每日都会打扫！

The location

The hotel location is very ideal for MRT and Bus access as it is very close to Bencoolen Station (Blue Line) and just a block away from Dhoby Ghaut Station where the Red, Violet and Yellow Lines converge. It is also near The Cathay Building where there is a branch of Ya Kun Kaya Toast.

The hotel has basic and functional amenities. There is a gym, a pool and hot water is readily available in the bathroom. The hotel offers free laundry service for 2 pieces of clothes daily, but the items have to be given to the staff before 9am. Bathrobes, room slippers, bath gel, hand soap and lotion are available in pump-dispensers. There is no bottled water provided as, according to the staff, faucet water in Singapore is potable.

There is a 7-11 at the ground floor and there are restaurants on the ground floor. Love Jane, a restaurant at the ground floor serves hand-shaved noodles which are affordable, well-flavored and fluffy.

Some of the drawbacks to this hotel are the dated carpet of the room which has stains and the bathroom toilet which is uncomfortable to use for larger than average persons due to the narrowly spaced walls surrounding the toilet.

Over-all the hotel is a good choice for a stay in Singapore but it would be better if the property can update the finishes in their rooms.

The team was always friendly, professional, and well coordinated. We were especially impressed that whenever there were changes, such as room changes or guest requests, every staff member was well informed and able to assist without us having to repeat the details. This made everything smooth and efficient.

I would also like to give special recognition to Shawn for his exceptional helpfulness. He was always approachable, patient, and quick to resolve any issues we encountered. His dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference to our group’s experience.

The flexibility provided

I recently had an absolutely amazing experience at Hotel Rendezvous Singapore, and I owe it all to the incredible Manager/Duty Manager, Malvine.

Right before our trip, my family faced a sudden and stressful situation when my son fell ill. As a result, my husband had to stay behind with him in Europe, and I had to travel to Asia alone with my daughter to attend a relative's wedding. I arrived at the hotel feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and anxious.

From the moment we arrived for check-in, Malvine stepped in and completely turned things around. He was unbelievably helpful, empathetic, and professional. He understood the stress I was under and handled all the logistics and hassles so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a thing. Because of his exceptional care, what could have been a chaotic stay became a seamless and beautiful experience for my daughter and me.

I truly believe that hotels all over the world would be much better places if they had managers like Malvine. He is a massive asset to Hotel Rendezvous Singapore. Thank you so much, Malvine, for making our stay so memorable and for taking such wonderful care of us.
