Extravagant in facility and spaciousness!
Pros:

Everything! It was like a palace after staying in UK. Staff were wonderful. Facilities top class and spacious!

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Very central location and the pool was very refreshing. Large room size, view not that great, but great value for money. Front desk very helpful and friendly. MRT station just outside. We stayed for 2 nights. We really like the hotel and would stay again down the track.

We liked this hotel
Pros:

The room was a good size. We slept well on the bed. The bathroom was well designed and the shower pressure was good. There was an MRT station just outside the hotel which took us to all the main attractions without having to change trains. The breakfast was good too. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The carpet in the room had seen better days. They don't supply milk for tea/coffee, but there is a 7-11 grocery store just outside the hotel.

Innsjekkings- og rengjøringspersonalet var fantastisk. Frokost teamleder var forferdelig og ufin.

Innsjekkingspersonalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Rengjøringspersonalet var fantastisk. Men flere av frokost personalet og og spesielt en av teamlederene var forferdelig! Hun var ufin, negativ og fikk oss til å føle oss uvelkommen som gjester. Det var lite mat igjen av mye av utvalget hver dag vi kom, og det ble ikke fylt på når vi spurte etter påfyll, eller selv om det var 35-40 minutter igjen av frokosten. Han som stekte ferske omeletter og egg ute i frokost lokalet derimot, han var fantastisk hyggelig, hjelpsom og fin.

Cons:

Teamleder og enkelte av betjeningen på frokosten. At det var lite igjen av mye av utvalget selv om det var lang tid igjen av frokosten.

Great location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great breakfast buffet with so many choices of food. So good to have so much fresh fruit on offer.
Whilst dated, the room was immaculately clean.
All staff were very helpful and professional.
