Great hotel at a great location.
Pros:

Great value for a nice hotel in a great location. Just a block away is a major downtown MRT and the best kept secret for me is the location of a food court at the back of the hotel on Bencoolen street. It had several food stalls and it has the best local breakfast. I would come back and stay at this place again.

Pros:

Excellent matelas, localisation idéale à proximité de deux lignes de métro, qualité du service

Cons:

L’aspect de l’hôtel un peu vieillot
Éclairage à revoir d’urgence : difficile de lire le soir dans la chambre… ( les ampoules n’avaient pas la même intensité)
Oreillers beaucoup trop volumineux : heureusement le service en place a pu nous dépanner dans la nuit

Good start, terrible finish.
Pros:

Hi so the entry was really good and Shalini at the reception gave us an upgrade because of our honeymoon. After that Agoda booked us two types of room so when it came to changing the staff was an old man and a young fellow. They were super rude and said no we can’t let you stay in that room. So obv we changed, on the day of checkout that same fellow was there and he wasn’t picking up calls at the reception. We missed a taxi because of the delay and then we took our luggage ourselves and had to book another taxi. Obv we had to pay for one because of their mistake. When I went to talk to him about it he was rude and didn’t even answer.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Bencoolen Mrt beim Hotel und Bras Basah und Dauby Gauth unweit entfernt.

Cons:

Angebot in Lounge sehr begrenzt. Qualität eher schlecht. Tische werden weder beim Frühstück und Abend wenig abgeräumt, sodass andere Gäste Platz nehmen können. Es fragt sich, ob sich Aufpreis für Club lohnt. Locker beim Pool lassen sich nicht schliessen.
Hotel ist bestenfalls 4☆. Allerdings ist der Preis auch tiefer als bei 5☆ Hotels.

Brilliant location.
Pros:

We picked this hotel mainly for its location, literally next door to Bencoolen MRT station and a bus stop. The rest didn't disappoint either, the room was good, breakfast good, service good and the pool area good. Everything was very clean, the staff we met were friendly and professional.
We have already decided that we will be back and looking forward to it.
