Don't even bother!!
Pros:

This Fairfield Inn is not to be trusted. I reserved a king room in April and when I got there in July they had given my room away, and wanted me to take a double queen room - not acceptable!! The front desk clerk was the absolute worst front desk clerk I have ever encountered anywhere - rude and obnoxious! I would not recommend this Fairfield to anyone!!

It had a weird smell and is very old and run down. The staff were amazing, however this hotels was definitely not worth the money.

Lower your Expectations
Pros:

Hard to believe such a dump has Marriott on their sign but I guess that’s late stage capitalism for you. We stayed for 4 days and our room was not cleaned once. The pool was ok…for my child but the hot tub looked quite radioactive. The towels and sheets were…not completely filthy but not exactly clean either. Also our door would only lock if we pushed/pulled it very hard. In addition, charging a daily parking fee at a hotel located in the middle of nowhere is highway robbery. This is what a hotel with no competition in the area looks like.

Top Notch Service
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and courteous. We were treated so well. My kids loved the cookies and apples, as well as the goody bag. We never received that level of service at any of the other stops on our 11 day road trip. Clean rooms. Breakfast was great and wasn’t missing anything.

Disappointed
Pros:

The front desk was great . When I checked in they asked about housekeeping preference. I said I would just like my dirty towels switched out every day. They said they would put it down as our preference. Housekeeping never showed up at all. I went down the first day and got my clean towels and told them but it didn't make a difference. There was no housekeeping all 3 days. We paid more to stay

Housekeeping didn't show up at all and we were there 3 days. I had to go get my own clean towels every day and I told them but it didn't make a difference. We paid more to stay there than a lot of hotels in the area. We will not stay there again. Very disappointed. No conditioner in the bathroom from the beginning and we were almost out of toilet paper on the last day.

Great hotel in Loveland
Pros:

Customer service from Blaine and Alyssa was exceptional. Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, hot breakfast is nice.

Dirty and loud, not good accommodations
Pros:

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament in the area. Will not stay again. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was rude and it went downhill from there...
-Our sink was broken, so we brushed our teeth in the tub
-the floors in our room were filthy with hair, dirt etc It def was not cleaned
- beds were very aged, loud, creeky and sinking
- even with DND on the door the maids knocked/banged loudly!! It was frustrating, was letting daughter sleep in because we were in the PM wave for vball and got back at 11p the night before but were woken at 8a by banging on our door
- the next day they were vacuuming the hallways at 8a and woke us all up. It sounded like a spaceship taking off
- Need to instill a curfew or something - girls running up and down hallways screaming past midnight

The only positive I can think of was breakfast was offered, albeit minimal - it was nice to have the option.

Blaine at Fairfield
Pros:

We were here for a volleyball tourney and the staff was very nice, the rate was great, room was clean and they moved breakfast an hour earlier for the volleyball girls. Blaine was the staff member we dealt with most and he was awesome. Super nice guy and very accommodating to our girls and families.
