The cleanliness and the comfortable room.
The breakfast was a little lacking.
Blaine and Alyssa are exceptional at the reception desk. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, breakfast has nice offerings
The front desk was great . When I checked in they asked about housekeeping preference. I said I would just like my dirty towels switched out every day. They said they would put it down as our preference. Housekeeping never showed up at all. I went down the first day and got my clean towels and told them but it didn't make a difference. There was no housekeeping all 3 days. We paid more to stay
When I checked in they asked my housekeeping preference. I said I would like my dirty towels switched out every day. They said they would put it down as my preference. Housekeeping didn't show up at all and we were there 3 days. I had to go get my own clean towels every day and I told them but it didn't make a difference. We paid more to stay there than a lot of hotels in the area. We will not stay there again. Very disappointed. No conditioner in the bathroom from the beginning and we were almost out of toilet paper on the last day.
Customer service from Blaine and Alyssa was exceptional. Hotel is clean, beds comfortable, hot breakfast is nice.
Smokers banging doors at 2am.
Stayed here for a volleyball tournament in the area. Will not stay again. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was rude and it went downhill from there...
-Our sink was broken, so we brushed our teeth in the tub
-the floors in our room were filthy with hair, dirt etc It def was not cleaned
- beds were very aged, loud, creeky and sinking
- even with DND on the door the maids knocked/banged loudly!! It was frustrating, was letting daughter sleep in because we were in the PM wave for vball and got back at 11p the night before but were woken at 8a by banging on our door
- the next day they were vacuuming the hallways at 8a and woke us all up. It sounded like a spaceship taking off
- Need to instill a curfew or something - girls running up and down hallways screaming past midnight
The only positive I can think of was breakfast was offered, albeit minimal - it was nice to have the option.
We were here for a volleyball tourney and the staff was very nice, the rate was great, room was clean and they moved breakfast an hour earlier for the volleyball girls. Blaine was the staff member we dealt with most and he was awesome. Super nice guy and very accommodating to our girls and families.
Great Staff, great breakfast and very comfortable beds!
I've stayed at this same location for every trip I take to Loveland. I can count on the room being ready when I arrive. It will be clean. The breakfast is awesome. Location has everything you need, shopping, fuel and eats are right down the street.
This is the first time I've had to pay for parking in all these years. I don't care for it, but I gladly pay it to stay there. Most places charge now and their fee is minimal.
Location close to UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies was great and we really liked that the motel was not right next to I25. Very clean, very comfortable beds and great interactions with staff.
Breakfast could have been better. More selection of cereals (they were all kids cereals), pastries and types of yogurt would have been nice. We didn't try the cooked selections.
I really think that our bathroom missed the last upgrade "refresh". Yes, it was clean. And maybe our bathroom was the only one this way. Here are some of the problems we encountered in Room 228 - middle floor. The showerhead had an incredibly low flow -- the last shower I encountered with such a low flow was in Ethiopia at a non-Marriott property. It took me 3 times as long to shower as normal (15 minutes instead of 5). I'm still not sure I got all the soap out of my hair. The rough caulking was applied over previous caulking and didn't completely cover the black mold. The drain hardware was rusty. The wallpaper was peeling in places. The water was tolerably warm but never hot. The shower curtain was "ratty" -- lots of snags.
As for the rest of the room, yes it was clean too. The clock on the desk had the wrong time on it (off by several hours and minutes). I reported the clock issue to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance correct the problem. Two days later, it was still not corrected. The walls are thin -- I'm glad the party next door didn't go past 11pm. I did find a previous occupant's sock in the room. HVAC could also use an upgrade.
In the breakfast area, I'm critical on two points:
1. Some of the hot breakfast entrees are wrapped in plastic inside the warming pans
2. The water station did not use "filtered" water. The water tasted like it came directly from the pool.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and courteous; bed linens were fresh and nicely done. I recommend management spend some dollars fixing up the place.
Awesome room
