Cons:

I don't care for the soap bottles. I would prefer cubes of soap.

The facility afforded my husband and me a place that was relatively clean, to rest.
Pros:

The lo action was fine. It was easy to find.

Cons:

I felt that the front desk should offer a little more empathy, knowledge of available services in the vicinity. The toilet in the bathroom was extremely low and there was trash in the hallway on the 2nd floor.
