When I was booking a hotel for a few nights I know my kids needed a indoor pool and I needed a hot tub. I called the day that I booked was the same day I checked in the lobbyists said yes the pool is working and then I asked about the hot tub located in the pool area is that working she replied OH YES IT IS......OHHHHH NOOOO YALL LIED TO ME.
The cheap internet won't connect my computer they charged me 5bucks a day which is nothing but another scam. Near the university of Delaware however dont mind the rudeness of college kids and loud parties heard thru the rooms breakfast was decent but not enough options for kids

Great location! Spacious room, comfortable bed and amenities. Happy hour is a nice touch, free breakfast was delicious and well-stocked.

Exceptional Experience for My Book Launch

I recently hosted my book launch at the Embassy Suites, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From start to finish, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely supportive in helping make this special day everything I hoped it would be.

The room setup was beautiful and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for celebrating such an important milestone. Every detail was handled with care, and the team made sure everything flowed smoothly so I could focus on enjoying the moment with my guests.

What stood out the most was how kind and accommodating everyone was throughout the entire process. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that the event was successful.

Pros:

Upon arrival there was no one at front desk. The room was clean but in bad shape. Toilet paper roll hanging off wall. Holes in furniture. Just an overall not great quality feel. The lobby looked nice

I slept like a baby. The hotel was peaceful for the first three days. The last two day it was crowded.
