Disappointed! Timeshare resort never again!

The beach, one pool and jacuzzi. Landscaping was nice.

Cons:

Rude Management. Bait and switch tactics. Ocean side room is overlooking a parking lot on the second floor. It's a timeshare location. You are treated like a second class guest. Timeshare owners are allowed late checkouts so we had to wait. Dated room, stained carpets, junk on hall near room.1 pool was closed for resurfacing. Noisy work being done.

I love Singer Island and your resort was a perfect location.

Cons:

Check in. We arrived early and were told our room was almost ready. We had to go back and see if our room was ready after the original check in time.

Will definitely stay here again!!
Pros:

The location was great.. Only about 10 min from the cruise terminal. There were plenty of stores and restaurants near the resort. The views from the balcony were absolutely breath taking.

Ashley the front desk manager was wonderful, helpful and very accommodating. She deserves recognition for her customer service
Greg at the Kingfischer poolside bar was exceptional. He was entertaining, great with kids and attentive to all guests. He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and well taken care of.

Pros:

The room was wonderful. We stayed in Cobia building which was close to the pools and bar. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had a partial ocean view which was amazing! This hotel had everything! We enjoyed spending time by the pool each day. The surf was rough so we didn’t go to the beach. My only suggestion would be to change up the music list at the pool. We listen to the same five or six songs over and over each day.

Couples stay at Palm Beach Shores
Pros:

Location was great as most places that we visited were within 20 minutes.

Cons:

We had specifically requested an ocean view both prior to and during check-in, and were told that our room on the first floor would have one. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the view is completely obstructed by trees and bushes, making it impossible to see the ocean from our room.
