Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Valley

Say no to this hotel. Reception is a small room with the clerk behind glass (bullet proof?). Not at all like the picture on the site. There were 2 burn holes in the bedcover, women making greenery spread across the sidewalk (a business being run on site?), a toilet sitting in the parking lot, there was no signal on the TV and the WiFi was compromised. There was a man hanging around the side of the building. Totally unsafe - don't know who would want to stay here.

Those pillows is some of the sorriest ones that I have ever had to deal with and the bed and could be much better even if it was a smoking room it didn't have to look like a smoking room I would not recommend anyone to stay in these rooms unless it's just for one night and just need somewhere to sleep

This place is perfect…if you're looking to bang a hooker, do drugs or sell drugs, kill someone, or take a fat dump in the bathroom and leave the room stinky so the next guest has to suffer!!! Stay away from this place, it's not worth it. If your dad asks “Sleep in the car or this place” say the car!!! The place was so nasty we didnt even get under the covers, I wouldn't even eat the snacks they have in the vending machine.

Disgusting. We arrived at 10pm trying to get home before hurricane hit. Not much choice. The room was nasty. Red paint around door looks like blood when you first see it. Didn’t even take our clothes off. Laid on bed till a roach ran across it! Packed up and went to the desk. He wanted to put us in another room and I said No! It’s now 2am. Told him I wanted a refund and he stated I would see it in my card within 7 days. WYNDHAM corporate should be aware of the management of this location.

Absolute dump - avoid at all costs. The room was dirty and the air conditioner was broken (Georgia in July). Breakfast was not included although the reservation clearly stated it was.

Everything is dirty. Outside, dirty. Checkin area, under construction and dirty. Rooms? Dirt on linens, cigarette burns, hole in the wall, nasty bathroom. Also, you will get no breakfast as that is under construction as well. Probably for the best...they don't care at this location.

The appliances all worked well and room cleaning was available daily. The room I got was spacious and the bed was big and bedbug-free.
I did see a few cockroaches during my stay and the pool was in poor condition. Just to be safe, I’d recommend putting clothes through the dryer on hot to ensure you don’t bring cockroaches or their eggs home with you

The days Inn in Fort Valley Ga. should be shut down. It has been ran in the ground by its current management and is infested with bed bugs and roaches. I stayed there for one night (originally reserved two nights) and had to sleep fully clothed and on top of the sheets. I was bitten twice on the stomach by something, killed two roaches and a tick. I called to cancel my second night and they still haven't refunded my money. Now I want a full refund from this hotel that is truly a bad representation of what I believe is a quality brand hotel. They had mattresses sitting outside of the hotel and i thought they must be doing some renovations but come to find out, they sat the mattresses outside so the sun could kill the bed bugs. Absolutely despicable and deplorable and I'm surprised you let them stay in service this long which makes me question your commitment to quality.

The filthiest, nastiest, most disgusting, unexceptional hotel possible. Planned to stay overnight rather than drive home several hours after a long day at a conference at a local university. This hotel is a disgusting dump. 1st room smelled like cat urine. There were live flies on the bed! Got a second room. Same filth and smell of urine. I used the internet to log into a work meeting. I sat on my coat to use the chair at the sticky desk. Immediately left after using the internet for my 2 hour meeting. I would rather drive home several hours and sleep in my car at a roadside restaurant than stay at this garbage dump. That is an insult to the dump. The garbage dump has to be cleaner and smell better. Whyndam Hotel should be ashamed to have this hotel in their chain. Warning...don't go near this hotel. This place needs to be condemned by the board of health. The deer and wild coyotes that live in Georgia would not stay here. The Humane Society would not allow the animals to stay here. This place is not fit for humans or animals.

Room102 was not very clean. There was a dent in the mattress, refrigerator not working, telephone not working, dirty around the toilet, dirty chair. No breakfast was service. Lobby close to public…..,

Place has bugs, boat parked out back, rooms falling apart. Microwave didn't work properly, sound like it might go out. TV froze a few times, have to slam the front door so it will lock, and it had a funky smell.

The room was unacceptable in every way. Dirty, noisy, defective fixtures. Sticky counters. Lamp falling off wall, shower controls falling off, shower curtain rod falling off. Tub stopped up, not draining. Microwave noxious odor. Sheets threadbare. TV was bolted down, unable to be shifted or swiveled, no comfortable viewing position. Wi-Fi was described and password given to me, but it was not in evidence. Unpleasant “view” of warehouse and railroad. On MY STAY, neighbors had visitors all through the night. No interest in my concerns. Website contact form was initially responsive but then went silent. Now ignoring repeated pleas and emails. THIS LOCATION is a real dump, but the failure to communicate now destroys my faith in the brand.

Door didn't lock - Had been kicked in.
No breakfast available. - I had paid for breakfast.
Dirty hotel room and hotel.
We had to prop the sofa chair against the door at night to stop the door from opening.
I need a refund!!

I stayed here thinking that it would be good enough, but it was terrible.
My door lock was broken.
My bathroom light had exposed wiring.
Smoke detector not hooked up.
Lamps were lopsided, looked like there had been a struggle.
Stained bed sheets.
Front desk manager wasn't at his post, he would go off into the back. Leaving me standing there for 15 minutes before calling the hotel phone.

Oh my goodness have this place changed..my son fiance and i stayed here on Sept. 4 20 we originally paid for 2 nights we checked into room 111 it was terrible there was a very strong urine smell inside and stains all over the place..i immediately called front desk from my cell ask the receptionist Latrice if she would come to the room because i wanted her to see the filthy spreads she said she would be right over but she didn't i assume she had gotten off because after she didn't show up 16 minutes later i called back a different person stated she had left so I told him the issues and that i was sending my fiance to front desk to retrieve a key to a different room...the guy transferred us upstairs to room 205...omg this room wasn't much better the spreads are a dark color and u can litterally see DIRT all over them...this is what got me,my child is a BOY he put his shoes on i say where u going...he say I'm going to the bathroom ma i don't wanna walk on this dirty floor...it was so dirty...I'm sure housekeeping tried but just didn't do a good job...the room didn't have a clean smell it smelled old and it was a boring looking room there were spaces like a desk or chair used to sit there....we took the spreads off the beds and because i had to remove one fitted sheet because it had dry blood stains we couldnt lay on the mattress cover so we layed across other bed praying morning came quick. The bath door is dirty needs wiping down t.v stand dusty a dresser draw was broken carpet is dirty we refused to eat in the room the list goes on...we didn't sleep well Everytime we awoke thru the night we fussed about the room being dirty..no way i could stay another night in that dirty room so i sent my fiance to request a refund for second night it was granted but we should've gotten the total back for both nights for what we endured..

There's not much choice in Fort Valley, but this Days Inn is probably your best bet. Fairly quiet, safe, and convenient. Room was large, clean, and comfortable, although not all the rooms are likely as good as the one I got, some may have cleanliness issues. Lobby was nice for a small Days Inn, but the breakfast was very bad, it looks like the few items out may have been sitting there all week. For a small town in middle GA where there is not much choice, this motel isn't too bad. But if you're looking for anything more than the very basics, you would need to go to one of the nearby towns on I-75.

I had to visit Fort Valley on a business trip. I was looking for a hotel that was near my meeting. This was the closest. The price was very affordable and the rooms and management service was excellent. I will consider this hotel the time I am in Fort Valley, GA.

Whydham Platinum member who booked several weeks ago for 2 afutks and 2 children with ground floor. Arrived no ground floor, no business section to print tax exempt card rude OWNER. Get to room 3 bath towles for 4 people. OWNER says over the phone "you can come get a towell. At the desk OWNER continued to be disrespectful and handed me a refund saying you are not staying here. Not did the owner fail to attempt to make the situation right he left a family of four stranded at 6pm looking for another room rather than provide extra towels. While at the desk another customer came down to ask for toilet tissue. Obviously the rooms are not adequately maintained. Bed cover had a cigarette burn, no trash cans outside, cigarette buds in the parking lot, but most of all lack of care for customer service or taking care of a Whyndham rewards member. Whyndham should be ashamed to have this place listed on its site.

Not bad. Better than some others Enjoyed the breakfast, just need a better variety of food items and needed to be out to at least 10:30 am. The room was clean and the manager was nice. My main concerns are that the refrigerator was not on and our sodas were almost hot and flat, the lobby was not open late, and the checkout time is not prorated. I wanted to leave around 3:00 pm and not 11:00 am.
