Pros:

The room was good. Clean. I liked the separation of the toilet and shower from the sink area. I liked that the room was on the 3rd floor and the location of the room was good.

Cons:

The check in was where I had a problem. I felt as if I was going through a check in process the same or as strict as a prison check in process when trying to visit someone in prison! After signing all manner of documents stating rules and regulations, I asked the young lady if where I was parked was okay: I was just joking. She asked me to physically show her where I was parked and she literally came from behind the desk and almost went out the door before telling me that I would have to move my vehicle to another parking area and to make sure that I did not back in. I admit that I don't stay in hotels often, but I do not recall ever having to go through a check in process quite like that!

Not up to standards

Close to the conference I had to travel to - nice size room

Cons:

Dated - shower/ tub and tv (Phillips brand) didn’t work properly and maintenance had to come and got it working and then next morning it was the same thing not working properly - they were suppose to hold $20 for incidentals and it was never reversed my bank posted the transaction and the hotel said wait 7-10 days. I checked out on 7/24/26 and today is 8/7/26 and there has been no reverse of my $20. You call several times and was hard to get someone to pick up. It was also like that at check out. No one was at the desk and we kept having to say HELLO multiple times before someone came o assist us. I Never had this problem with any other hotel I have ever booked.

overall it was a godd stay

i love the staff they were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

what i didnt like was there was a church group there and they were not considered about other residents there but spoke with the front desk and they were very apologetic

Would stay again. Nice value and nice hotel. Manager on site always. Friendly

Very easy to get in and out. Nice lobby. Room was comfy and clean.
