The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, even with plenty of stresses from short staffing, maintenance and owner related pressures very obviously present. The staff were professional and honestly, aside from the view, the highlight of our stay.
We absolutely LOVED the view from our ninth floor balcony looking over the river and bridges lit up at night!! The artwork and elevators had plenty of cultural history imbued in the designs in a tasteful and aesthetically pleasing style.
The elevators and hallways smelled like mildew. We were looking forward to trying out the infamous revolving restaurant up top but had read so many bad reviews from two days before up to people in person commenting on how it was way overpriced and not worth the large bill and long wait times that we decided it just wasn’t worth it. Breakfast seemed okay but pricey given the bagel and bacon options. The bathrooms were well stocked, but much smaller than the current photos advertised.

I didn’t like the check in. It was very awkward. We did arrive late and I called 4 times before I finally got an answer to let staff know arrival would be late.
Upon arrival I was greeted with “did you book through booking”. Yes I did and I am a booking customer. I waited 30 minutes to get checked into my room because I was told booking sucks and they didn’t have a room for me available. After the 30 mi it’s wait 5 hr drive… a room miraculously appeared.
Smelled like smoke, no air in the hallways, counter in the room was dirty, toilet was dirty, night shift front desk attendant was rude
The location was great. Very close to Great American Ballpark and many restaurants. Very quiet.
Woke up to a leak coming from the ceiling in our room, carpet was very wet, bad odor in our room, not the cleanest hotel I've stayed in
