Worst experience ever
Pros:

The first time I experienced this hotel . The view was amazing and the structure of the hotel was wonderful.

Cons:

The staffing can use more training on how to interact with customers. When I first arrived the young lady was arguing with prior customers. It was the guest who was trying to deescalate the situation. She kept going in the back on her phone leaving us waiting in the lobby to check in. Then when she did check me in I was trying to explain to her that I had already placed the $50.00 deposit hold on the card when I paid online. She then began to argue with me that it's company policy to have a card on hold and wasn't a good listener when I was explaining I know policy's but didn't check to see I had paid it and made me pay it again. Then we got to the room it wasn't clean at all and the door was open. We had to go back down to the desk and it was a gentleman that took over and he seem flustered and he re assigned us a room and threw the key cards at me out of frustration but I don't believe he did it intentionally and he then apologized when I made a sigh remark. Yes the young lady that checked us in was too busy letting us know she has been there all night and it's time for her to go home and how she didn't have time for this. I will say I searched really hard to find a good hotel to stay in to go to the concert before my surgery and this was awful experience. I won't be back here again. I know that I'm just one customer so it won't matter. When I come back for the Cincinnati Festival I will not come here.

Pros:

They had a pool, and after I got switched to a new room. The new room was fantastic

Cons:

The first room we were in none of the light sockets worked. One of the light sockets were coming up out of the table in front of the T. V and almost shocked my son. There was black hair in the bed when we pulled back the sheet. So the bed was not clean the.Door did not work to the balcony, you had to be extra strong to open it. And go outside the balcony was extremely small. Terrifying, if anything
The AC did not work. The beds were super hard. My son, I ended up having an allergy attack to the mold. Smell which we could not identify where the mold was. But he's highly allergic to mold, and that's when we had to move to a different room

A decent stay
Pros:

Clean and comfortable

Cons:

The hotel needs to employ more staff. The front desk employee was swamped and impatient with guests. If the hotel front desk was properly staffed the phone would get answered timely, and guests would not be on the receiving end of their stress from being overwhelmed.

ok, I would not stay there again but it was ok.
Pros:

the location was wonderful and the balcony

Cons:

it was extremely outdated and had bugs, lady bugs and I saw a few roaches in the hall way.

After switching rooms, the door to 1426 needed to be lifted while closing to close the door, the new room was a peaceful

Great location terrible room
Pros:

The location was central to everything we wanted to do. That was the best part of this stay.

Cons:

Needs serious renovation & updates. Room outlets dont work 1 outlet worked for charging a phone but it slow charged and the plugs didn't work at all. Terrible lighting also was always dim no matter if you had every light on! Receptionists were very rude!
