I will never stay there again and will tell all to avoid.

45 minutes to check in . 3rd party( booking.com) didn’t show up in there system. Said I had no reservation . Paid for view of city got highway exit. Balcony door would not open. Dirty bedding. Tv did not work right( glitching) unkept appearance everywhere. Radison in name only, not standard.

It was prefect for our stay.
Pros:

Great location. Great view of the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to our activities. It’s a beautiful place. The lobby was nice clean and had beautiful plants. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and they provided ear plugs in case the highway was too loud for sleep. The staff were excellent. Over all we had a great stay.

Cons:

Needs a little updating but still very nice place to stay.

Everything seemed to be broken in our room. Blinds, coffee maker and the front door slammed shut if not shut manually.

Pros:

Location was excellent -- view of city - impressive building. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Seem to be short-staffed. Were going to have breakfast there in restaurant but didn't seem to be anyone working at the time. Otherwise it was a nice place. I would go again and try the restaurant at the top of the place -- looked good.

Our stay was ok, but for the price we paid I was expecting a better taken care of room. We were disappointed.
Pros:

Location and the view.

Cons:

Bathroom sink didn’t drain well, bathtub drain was slow also. There was caulking that needs fixed. Cracks in the ceiling. The toilet tank lid was the wrong one and didn’t fit the tank.

Disappointed in the facility based on cost.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit dated, old furniture and fixtures. Outlets need to be replaced. Ice machines were out of service on most floors. Pool was in need of attention.

Pros:

Everything. The location was great. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was amazing. Very clean room. I was amazed of how everything was. I will absolutely stay again if I come that way again.

Cons:

I was pleased with everything. There is nothing I didn't like.
