It was alright.no thrills hotel but gets the job done
Pros:

The location. Very close to the reds stadium

Cons:

Very outdated. $10 for parking is so cheesy and a money grab

We did NOT stay.
Pros:

Absolutely Nothing!

Cons:

It was filthy, room smelled nasty and not clean, couldn’t get towels for the pool or the room- “they were locked up” and no one had the key to get into the utility closet to get them, cold water didn’t work in the shower- front desk staff tried to fix it, Cockroaches, no maintenance or managers on duty to resolve issues, staff left to fend for themselves. Management only works 9-3:00 M-F.

Pros:

The room was large and comfortable with a nice view.

Cons:

We ordered room service and after an hour of waiting we still didn’t receive it. When I called they told me I shouldn’t even have been able to place and order and they canceled it. But I still got charged for the entire order and now have to deal with a charge back or refund. We had to go out on a walk to find food (much later than planned) and there were a lot of homeless by the corner making a ruckus.

I did not like how even though check-in time was late…4 pm, when we showed up at 4:45 to change from traveling to get ready for our event, we were told there was no clean room for us. So, we waited until 5:30, only to be told there was still no clean room. At that point we had to leave for our event and my family had to change for our event in the back of our truck. Also, our electronics and belongings had to sit in the hot truck until our event ended at 11:30 pm. The front desk told us we could only be reimbursed the price of parking, $10, even though we only were able to use a small portion of our stay.

Wonderful room and friendly staff!
Pros:

Very very clean hotel with nice accomodations, the staff are super friendly and it's in a convenient location between Covington and Cincinnati, anything you need is within walking and driving distance and plenty of local restaurants and bars surround the area

Cons:

The exact location of the hotel can be a bit tricky to drive into and out of if you are unfamiliar with Covington's roads, it's right smack by a major road and exit ramp, but once your figure out where the entrances and exits are you will be fine. There is also a side road across from the Skyline Chili and next to the gas station that you can go through to reach the hotel a lot easier, too

Horrible stay
Pros:

No breakfast was included. They never came to clean the room. Only once was my room cleaned in all my stay and I had to request it as they never came.

Cons:

Cleaning the room updating the hotel. Roaches in the pool area dirty pool water was not clean.

I would not recommend.
Pros:

The location was accessible to the interstate and local eateries.

Cons:

No breakfast was provided. The floors were very dirty. I was charged for parking. The pool was cloudy.
