Excellent stay. Clean room. Quiet area
Bathtub clogged. Even though I asked nobody came to fix. Room service was supposed to be every other day. In 9 days not one visit. I took do not disturb sign off 3 or 4 days and not one bit of service.
Super disappointing how dirty our room was with stains on the carpet, lifted rugs, torn couch and stains on the mattress cover in the couch mattress! Broken cabinet and staff that couldn’t even deliver us the xtra blankets they said they bring because they didn’t even have clean mattress covers to give us for the dirty and stained one that was on! Chairs need a good wash and the bathroom toilet would shake and the wall paper was lifting! Beyond disappointing

Room was a little abused —burnt carpet, torn carpet and roughed up base boards, one fork in the kitchen and no bowls. Comfortable bed and nice location.
The room was nice. I love having a king bed and a room with a door plus a kitchen. The pet fee is high, but we decided it was worth it for a better hotel. We weren't able to figure out how to change the input on the TV so that we could watch a movie together the first night; the lady at the front desk didn't know either. She just said we couldn't. We checked with someone else the next day too though, and he was able to tell us to just press the function key at the bottom of the remote, and the kids and I were able to sit on the bed to watch a movie while my husband continued working in the other room.
I wasn’t stay there, I drove 45 minutes to get to the hotel when I got there the receptionist told me she’s sorry because they were sold out, they didn’t have any room available and they were try to contact me and Orbitz they’re couldn’t because their systems was down . They said I will get my refund back I asked her how am I going to have my refund. She said they will contact Orbitz to let them know they were sold out and after that I will have my refund back. Until now I didn’t have any refund back
Bathroom didn’t have lock, keys for the room didn’t work had to get the keys twice. Only one elevator for such big property

I ask for a refund and still haven’t received it from bed bugs in room
I did not receive a room, the only one they had had a door malfunction. Everything else was sold out, I ended up sleeping in the car with the family. We need to be refunded.

Property is run down and very dated. Room was large, one bedroom with a small kitchen, but felt dirty and just gross. A live roach was crawling across the bathroom floor right when we walked in. I have an actual phobia of roaches and asked for a new room. Was told there were none available. We were only staying long enough to sleep and shower before moving on so we had to make do. Didn't sleep all night as I felt like bugs were crawling on me. Never again!
