Good enough, clean, price was good.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be. And only 15 minutes from the mall and other shopping.

Cons:

Cable was terrible. Upgrade that plus your tvs. The breakfast was not at all like what you see on line and sadly disappointed. We actually chose to get breakfast out the second morning.

This location was close to Old Orchard Beach and necessary shopping... the restaurant next door was convenient and good.

Cons:

Appeared to be under construction, unfortunately, it was not very clean and the breakfast was just OK.
