Fairfield Inn by Marriott Northlake

Very dated bathroom, not completely clean from prior guests. Multiple Spiders and ants (alive)

Room smelled musty and there was mold all over the window. There was a greasy film on the door. Very loud staff or guests around midnight.
Would not recommend at all.

Called ahead that we will be very late and arrived at 3:00 am and no one was here. Waited 15 minutes but no one came. No manager, no room.

Has been updated but not thoroughly. Poor paint job on ceiling in 124, peeling paint on door in bathroom and all carton milk expired in breakfast room.

There was no hot water in room. The room smelled of mildew. The beds were okay.

I was surprised in the condition this hotel was in . Seems to be an older Marriott . It's noise , due to it being off the high close to an intersection . The bed was comfortable , room clean . I'm not sure if the was a leak of some kind but looks like water messed the paint up on the wall . The fire alarm went off at 9:59 am the morning of my check out .

Very comfortable, quality stay.

It was not the cleanest of properties, and the hotel was full of marijuana smoke. It was so bad you could taste it. The room had a lot of hairs in it and was dusty and smelled moldy. The exterior doors to the hotel and the parking lot were propped open by various objects, which made it feel unsafe. At least one towel smelled very moldy as well. The front desk person was very kind and helpful, though, and the property is in a good location, but I would absolutely stay somewhere different next time. Read the Google reviews for more customer experiences.

False advertisement! The pool was a joke.
The rooms smells and the manager had to take me to three different rooms, I accepted because I was tired.
The mattress feels worn out
The young lady with the long dreads on her head was the only person that was not nice bad attitude for the front desk.

The hotel is small and relatively quiet. I didn't hear other guests when I was in my room, which was nice. The couch and shower were gross looking and dingy. It could've been stains that couldn't come out, but it looked terrible and we didn't want to sit on the couch. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great. They had microwaved breakfast sandwiches that were not very good, especially if you don’t eat biscuits or cheese. Waffles were great. It was conveniently located. Overall, it was fine. The price was a little high.

Smelled and felt very damp, everything was musty. The room next to us had the door propped open the whole time, which was weird. Was just a quick stop over for us but I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The room smelled like wet carpet. The hotel was not very clean. There were drink rings on the table from the previous guest. Upon flushing the toilet at 9 PM, it didn’t flush. I tried again and it overflowed. The. 10 minutes later had almost no water in it. Breakfast was not excellent. The air conditioning unit ran all night. I finally had to turn it off at 4 AM to attempt to get some kind of sleep.

Safe place for an employee to stay.

I enjoyed my stay during business travel. The check in staff was very pleasant and professional. I did not like my tv turned off the channels and went to the Marriott ads.

I was up preparing for a work
Presentation and had to use my
Cell phone to watch tv or movies to get me through the night.

They did ask for $ 20.00 extra on credit card. In case of damage. Redeem after stay.. Did not care for request..
