The stay was comfortable.

Cons:

The buffet was fully stocked. No juice the whole time we were there. Pancake machine did not work and the trash can by the entrance was overflowing of trash for two days. Not appealing view!! The customers should always be greeted with a good attitude and a smile.

Pros:

The staff were great, kind and friendly. Made sure our needs were met

Room was clean breakfast was great, staff could of been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Breakfast staff was friendly. The 2 desk workers that I checked in and out with were not very friendly or welcoming.

Pros:

Pet free room is truly pet free. I have asthma, and if a dog or cat had been in room, I would have had a bronchial asthma attack, and needed urgent care. As it is, the room is clean and healthy for me. Suggest you have a “no pets” policy, and definitely confine pets to bottom floor.

Mixed bag. Comfortable room and good breakfast. But common areas: lobby, elevator, entrance to hotel were dirty all weekend and unswept. Unsightly.

Pros:

Common areas ( elevator included ) not clean. Second day the elevator stopped working. When first getting into the room there was only two mostly used rolls of toilet paper and no tissue paper.
