Overall a nice place to stay
Cons:

Affordable and clean
Pros:

I have stayed here numerous times and saw an improved experience that was worth me writing another review to increase their rating.

Front desk staff had new personnel that were very helpful during the check-in. Great personality and seemed to care about what they were doing. Huge improvement in that area.

Rooms were cleaner than the last two times I stayed and the linen appeared to be fresh.

Over all you can’t beat the stay for just over a $100 plus tax.

Good price, great location, I think just a bad time to stay because holiday and seemed no one was working when we checke
Pros:

The staff was great. Noah was the receptions when we checked in and I think he was running the show by himself. He helped me when he could. The next morning the receptionist made sure I got my free breakfast at the bistro that was included in cost on booking.com.

Cons:

The pool area was absolutely trashed. There were towels everywhere and there were ants all over the area by the jacuzzi. My hotel tv volume didn’t work and I couldn’t hear anything even when turned up to 100. Noah tried to get maintenance to the room but they never showed. I googled how to fix the problem and I had to unplug the phone cord that was hooked into the back of the tv to make the volume work.

Never again don’t do it.
Pros:

Nothing at all to be honest it was literally a horrible stay I would like my money back

Cons:

The room and bathroom was very small no microwave in the room the refrigerator was small and dirty. The HDMI hook up did not work for our PlayStation the remote didn’t match the TV so we couldn’t turn the volume down I paid extra for breakfast, but they only give you one free breakfast ticket for one person, which isn’t breakfast choices where u walk up and eat no u can choose a bowl or burrito that’s it and it was horrible and the prices at the restaurant if u wanna call it that are the same as a high end restaurant but there isn’t anything high end here. They had a small store selection with some expired food and ice cream bars which was also very expensive. The prices are way to expensive even down to the room for the horrible services and amenities

Pros:

Overall stay was good. The place needs a few updates. Room was good, bed was a little soft for my liking. Good location , close to Pro Football HOF.
