Location. Rooms were clean.
It appears to be old apartments converted and used for motel accommodations. Outside is not a comfortable environment as well as in the entry and hallways to our rooms was uncomfortable and dirty.

Bed was uncomfortable, laid out funky I had a hard time getting around I don't move very well and it was hard getting around the room
Bed was fairly comfortable.
Floor was sticky. Someone else’s hair was in the shower. There were no glasses for drinking.
The water pressure
The pool was out of service, the smell was too much. Ended up leaving a day early because the smell was too bad. Sink wasn’t contacted. Counter was just a sheet of wood.
Did not have parking for anyone actually staying at the hotel, did not get a refund for not being able to park at facility
This is the the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel, first time getting a lawyer involved

The place was very old I could not believe how old the appliances were it was like an ancient artifact found in the kitchen!
I asked for a 1:30pm check in and arrived then.
they had not started to clean the room. Phone rang and the desk lady told them they were
sold out. Yet they had not prioritized my request.
I get to choose where I stay and will not use them again
Poor service They sent the maid for lunch while I stood there and would have it ready at 3pm. I did not get to check in.

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate our needs, replacing the one dining chair that was in the room when we arrived with two matching chairs when asked.
There was no place to comfortably sit in the room...no chairs other than the two chairs at the table. The kitchen had a refrigerator, small microwave and stove but nothing else. No dishes. No pans, No silverware, No glasses, It had a coffee maker but no coffee cups even. It was totally bare.TV was about a 40" model precariously perched on a nightstand in the middle of the room with cables stretching behind it to the wall. I didn't even turn it on so I have no idea what channels were available.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor housekeeping service. A housekeeper knocked on my door, and I asked her to wait one minute while I stepped outside so she could clean the room. I left for about two hours and returned to find that the room had not been cleaned.
I spoke with the front desk and was incorrectly told that the room had already been cleaned. After explaining the situation, I was assured that housekeeping would return, but no one came. I followed up again the next day and was given another promise that the issue would be resolved, yet the room still was not cleaned.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I had been tipping the housekeeping staff during my stay and always treated them respectfully. Despite that, I received no housekeeping service for three days, even after multiple requests and follow-ups with the front desk.
The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through from both housekeeping and management was very frustrating and did not meet the standard I expected from this property.
