I did like the breakfast. The beds were very comfortable.
I didn’t like that my son was profiled by a foreigner. He was questioned and asked who the name on the room was. He was asked what the room number was.
I also didn’t like that every exit I went out of, someone was smoking weed. I’m highly allergic to weed.
Pool was fun for the kids. Decent breakfast selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location close to shops.
Kind of my own fault, but i didn't realize i had to turn the heat on. Slept in a very cold room.
We came for breakfast at 9:20 AM, but the breakfast area was almost empty. There were only a few hash browns and a little omelet left. There were no muffins, no bananas, very limited yogurt options, and no cheese.
We have stayed at this hotel a few times before, and the pool and breakfast were always the best parts of the property,
When my wife asked the server about the missing items, she said she had been told not to refill anything after 9:30 AM. I then spoke with the front desk. The lady came to check but told us everything was fine and cheese is not part of our breakfast , even though many items were clearly missing. After that the server refill some of the hot food .
The service attitude was rude and unhelpful. If the hotel wants to save costs, they should reduce breakfast hours instead of offering an empty breakfast to guests. Guests should at least receive decent food and proper service during the advertised breakfast time.
1 star. We will not be booking again.
Nice rooms, good breakfast.
Pool area - never any towels despite asking several times. One hot tub was closed and the other pretty small for amount of people. Area around hot tub edge was falling off.

The staff were very friendly, took time to acknowledge and ask our kids questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and 1 of the 2 rooms was updated and the other was not.
In the renovated rooms which we had they need to place a side wall grab bar for the elderly and people with joint issues. The bath tubs are very deep and with a bad hip had trouble getting into and out of the tub.
Location is great
Parking was a nightmare, pool was over capacity, hallways were noisy, staff were indifferent to complaints, rooms were clean but could use a deep clean
