Pros:

Everything was great — the place, the service, and the overall experience were excellent. The only downside was that it was very hot inside, and unfortunately, there was no air conditioning or even a fan. Even a small fan would have made a big difference and made the stay much more comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The shower head was broken. After a long day’s work, could hardly take a shower to get fresh.

Not recommended, will not use again.
Pros:

It was decent. I decided to save money on this one. I won't make that mistake again.

I liked the vegetables at breakfast, haven't seen that at other places.

The staff were nice and worked hard to accommodate all requests.

Location was good although tucked away. Impossible with a suitcase due to street construction and cobblestones.

If you can walk everything is close by.

Cons:

Room was small and I upgraded to the 'comfort' version. Breakfast small and basic.

No air con made sleep impossible. Had to have windows open and therefore hot AND noisy.

It is a feat of modern engineering that they were able to have sink, shower and toilet all touching each other in such a small cupboard. Shower fixed very low so had to bend down, impossible to move.

Not recommended for tall people.

I was at top of building and it was unbearably hot. Asked for fan but it did nothing (blades were flat so didn't push air).

Would also have liked basics I expected like kettle.

Lage und Frühstück sind okay.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang (Fußball-WM, Spiel der deutschen Nationalmannschaft), das Personal ist hilflos. Bei über 35 Grad Aussentemperatur war es nicht möglich das Zimmer kühl zu halten. Es wurde nach mehrfacher Nachfrage ein nicht funktionierender Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Versuch das Zimmer zu stornieren oder ein Upgrade zu erhalten war erfolglos. Nach erfolgter Kündigung (ohne Erstattung der 4 weiteren Tage) und Buchung eines anderen Hotels wurde plötzlich ein Upgrade angeboten. Für eine schlaflose Übernachtung (Ankunft 20 Uhr, Abreise 10 Uhr) wurden 2 Tage Parkplatz abgerechnet. Im Winter wäre das Zimmer für 70-jährige akzeptabel, bei mehr als 30 Grad Aussentemperatur nicht. Dem Personal kann man keinen Vorwurf machen, es hat aber angeblich keinerlei Handlungsspielraum.

Nice but small in everything.
Pros:

The hotel is nice but very small, the stuff was friendly, the breakfast was tasty & basic.

Cons:

The room was veeeeery small for 2 persons.
On birthday no compliments, some hotels do it.
The full price was 114 Eur for 1 room, what was a bit much.
With discount it was 84 Eur what was more realistic for this hotel.
On Sunday the Church group will scream from 11.00 to 12.30 be ready for it.
