הייתה לנו חוויה פשוט מושלמת!
אהבנו הכל – החל מהשירות האדיב של כולם, במיוחד של זהבית המהממת שהיתה קשובה ודאגה לכל פרט קטן כדי שהחופשה שלנו תהיה מושלמת.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה ללא ספק הטובה ביותר שאכלנו במלון – מגוון, טרי, איכותי וטעים מאוד.
אין ספק שנחזור שוב! תודה רבה על אירוח יוצא מן הכלל!
הזמנתי חדר רגיל לחתן לפני חתונה וזהבית המלכה מצוות ההנהלה התקשרה יום לפני ההגעה ופינקה אותי בסוויטה ודאגה לנו מעל ומעבר למצופה

זהבית המלכה המושלמת סידרה לנו חדר חדש ומשופץ, הכל מעוצב ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, נמצאים בתל אביב ומרגישים בחול לגמרי!!
זהבית עשתה לנו את החופשה חד משמעית, לא נתקלתי בחיים במישהי כזאת שרק רוצה שיהיה טוב לאורחים שלה, שמתעסקת יום ולילה בלשמח את האורחים ולדאוג לכל פרט הכי קטן שיש כדי שתקבלו את החוויה הכי מושלמת במקסימום.

Room decor very "dated"- we were there 2 weeks so surprised we weren't given one of the updated rooms. Cold water tap in bathroom was hot which was a concern from a health perspective. I repeatedly complained nearly every day for the first week and gave up as they couldn't resolve the problem - no feedback or explanation/appology. Air con unit also leaked water into hallway in room. Pool was very good but music was just too loud (very dissapointing for me for this type of hotel) and sometimes hard to find sun beds away from big speakers. Lobby food more or less ok but limited selection and very overpriced for what it was.

Les chambres non rénovée sont honteuses elles sont humides. Les installations sont très usées, j’ai payé 750 € une chambre qui ne valait même pas 200 €.
Great stay - friendly helpful staff - good breakfast - fantastic location - good size room. Great space around the pool area.
Housekeeping was a little inconsistent- often left and tea and coffee cups dirty - pillows need replacing.. the pool closed too early… generally a really good stay other than these minor issues.
