מבחינת הכלל של המלון הכל היה מעולה
חדרים נקיים ומרווחים , מיקום מושלם , בריכה כייפית , אווירה של יוקרה וניקיון , ארוחת בוקר מעולה !!! וגם השירות בחדר האוכל טוב .

הזמנו אוכל מבחוץ בזמן שהיינו בבריכה .
כשאספנו את האוכל ובאנו להיכנס איתו לבריכה הפקידה בכניסה אמרה שאסור מטעמי כשרות ואני וחברה שלי אמרנו לה שאין בעיה אנחנו הולכות לקרוא לבנות ונעלה עם האוכל לחדר .
מה שלא ידענו זה שהשתייה קרה שהזמנו הגיע בבקבוק זכוכית והמסעדה שהזמנו מימנה שמה את זה בשקית נייר מה שגרם לשקית להרטב ובזמן שהלכנו לקרוא לבנות השקית נקרעה והבקבוקים התפוצצו לי על הרגל .
אףףףףף אחד מטעם המלון לא ניגש אליי לא נתן לי מענה לעזרה רפואית והם היו וראו !!! יש לציין שגם הפקידה שאמרה לנו שאסור להכנס עם האוכל ראתה שאנחנו מתעכבות ולא יוצאות חזרה (בגלל הנסיבות) נכנסה לחפש אותנו ולמרות שראתה ואמרו לה מה קרה לא ניגשה אפילו !!! כמובן שיש לי תמונות ותיעודים של הכל !
