Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
Smoking or nonsmoking preference cannot be guaranteed and will be assigned on arrival. When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Hotel guests are required to provide a valid photographic identification, or passport for security purposes along with a valid credit card upon check-in, to guarantee payment of accommodations and/or any incidental charges.
Building on Our Legacy: We are renovating guest room floors 5–10 from 2 Nov 2025 to 28 Feb 2026. Work occurs Sun–Thu, 10:00–17:00. Every effort will be made to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l'accueil du personnel à notre arrivée, souriants, patients, notre chambre était prête à 11h.
Zehavit a été superbe et au petits soins une femme extraordinaire.
Le buffet était très copieux, petit plus le service à table pour les cafés.

החדר הסטנדרטי , קטן ,, ללא מרפסת , ריהוט מיושן לא עדכני , חדר המקלחת לא ממש מעודכן . השירות בארוחת הבוקר טעון שיפור , הן מבחינת המגוון והן מבחינת השירות .

הכל מעולה רק החדרים קצת ישנים וצריכים שיפוץ..
כל החוקים במלון השתנו לרעה למרות שהמלון בתפוסה חלקית ממש!!!! הכנסת אורחים מבחוץ שהיתה תמיד הכייף פה! בתשלום כמובן שונתה …והכל אסור
