Expérience très décevante au Herods Tel Aviv.

J’ai essayé de trouver une solution avec eux mais sans succès.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 2h du matin et le lit bébé que nous avions demandé n’était pas installé. Après avoir insisté, on nous en a apporté un sans draps, avec une vieille couette. La chambre était vieillotte, les murs étaient tachés, il y avait des miettes dans certains recoins, et les draps du lit étaient humides.
Quand je demande de changer les draps on me ramène les draps mais c’est à moi de les mettre.

J’ai dû descendre trois fois à la réception avant qu’on accepte finalement de nous changer de chambre. Le lendemain, la chasse d’eau fonctionnait pas, la chambre n’avait toujours pas été nettoyée à 17h30 et aucune serviette propre ne nous avait été fournie malgré notre appel à la réception.

À la piscine pas de transat si t’arrive pas avant midi
Au petit dej si tu veux une omelette soit prêt à faire 30 minutes de queue.

J’ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels de luxe à Tel Aviv et malheureusement, cela a été de très loin l’une de mes pires expériences.

Séjour cher, plutôt décevant et écourté.
Pros:

L'emplacement en bord de mer.
La décoration du restaurant où nous prenions le petit déjeuner est très joli et les baies vitrées donnant sur la plage et la mer offre un spectacle très agréable.

Cons:

Établissement vieillissant ne méritant pas quatre étoiles.
Petit déjeuner extrêmement bruyant, voire assourdissant dès 9h du matin avec des difficultés de circulation.
Absence de wi-fi sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner.
Piscine de petite taille pour un hôtel aussi grand, bruyante et prise d'assaut par les enfants.

Cons:

המון טעויות בהזמנה. עברנו פעמיים חדר. החדרים ישנים. המעליות איטיות. בכל מקום תור.. בקבלה במעליות בארוחת הבוקר מאוד צפוף.
ביליתי המון זמן להגיע לקבלה ולעמוד בתור ולקבל פתרונות. גם פשוט להתקשר לקבלה עובר דרך מענה אוטומטי מעצבן.

Very convenient, close to all locations. I will definitely come again.
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the sea, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. Our room was cleaned very well throughout our stay, and everything felt comfortable and well maintained.

Even though we stayed during the busy holiday season, the hotel never felt overcrowded. We had plenty of space and were able to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were happy with our choice.
