Very disappointed…
Pros:

Very disappointed with our experience at Herods Tel Aviv. There was a misunderstanding regarding the breakfast price because a receptionist had given us incorrect information. Instead of handling the situation professionally and respectfully, another staff member at the reception spoke to us in a very rude and inappropriate way. The attitude was honestly shocking and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Mistakes can happen, but speaking to guests disrespectfully is unacceptable, especially in a hotel of this standard. Sadly, this completely ruined our experience.
