Great place to stay if you can look beyond the need for a full refurbishment.
Pros:

The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Ben and his team went over and above our expectations. A big shout out to Ben the manager and Divni at the bar. The pool staff were also very polite and helpful. Could not fault the staff and would recommend a stay here. the overall cleanliness was good and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of a total refurbishment. paint chipping broken floor door frames broken etc.

La qualité d'écoute, La gentillesse et la disponibilité de BEN ! Franchement, si vous avez la moindre demande, il saura y répondre et vous conseiller. Il est de plus très réactif et connait tout sur tout ;
Heureusement, il m'a expliqué que l'hôtel était sur le point de subir de très grosses rénovations. C'est ce qui est NECESSAIRE ...Je leur souhaite beaucoup de chance et de courage ... C'est un très grand hôtel

Un séjour décevant malgré un personnel très aimable

Nous avons séjourné quatre nuits au Herods Tel Aviv. Malheureusement, l’expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

La chambre et ses équipements sont vétustes. Le système d’aspiration des toilettes semble d’un autre âge et, malgré une intervention demandée, le problème n’a pas été résolu. Il manquait également la grille du siphon de la douche.

Le réfrigérateur congelait les aliments, ce qui nous a fait perdre une quantité importante de nourriture. Quant à la vue sur mer annoncée, elle était en réalité largement obstruée par un mur.

Nous avons également constaté une baisse de qualité et de variété au petit-déjeuner. Le ménage nous a semblé très expéditif : les verres, les bouteilles d’eau et les capsules de café n’étaient pas systématiquement renouvelés et il fallait en faire la demande.

Only the location by the beach

Cons:

It needs a massive renovation. Everything feels old and neglected: from the lobby to the elevators to the rooms. Simply sad.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאוד עשירה

הזמנו חדר לזוג וקיבלנו מיטה המורכבת משתי מיטות, ובלילה נוצרה הפרדה ביניהן.
תחזוקת חדר הרחצה פחות טובה. נקי אבל זרם המים המקלחת חלש, וכנל בשירותים עצמם.
גם הבריכה, לא מזמינה. יש במים מעין קצף לבן, כנראה מכמות הכלור

Cons:

Les chambres sont dans un état déplorables, la sdb est minuscule et la propreté laisse à désirer.
Le surclassement est une farce, je ne veux pas imaginer ce qu’il y a en dessous. J’y ai séjourné les 2 premiers jours et avais réservé le dernier jour de mes vacances, j’ai annulé la nuit.

Très moyen.
Pros:

L’emplacement est super mais l’hôtel est vieillot. Les chambres seraient à refaire de À à Z. Les salles de bains minuscules et mal entretenues et mal équipées

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de vrai vu mer de face. Simplement partiel sur les côtés à moins d’avoir la suite. J’ai eu une chambre communicante avec juste une porte qui me séparait de la chambre d’à coté. J’ai eu l’impression d’avoir la personne avec moi. Il parlait fort on entendait tout. Il m’a réveillé à 4 h du matin avec ces coups de fil bruyants. Pas top. Il ne mérite plus ces 4 étoiles
