שידרגו אותנו ופינקו אותנו מעל המצופה.
אנחנו רוצים לציין את רמי מהקבלה, גמיל, מנהל חדר האוכל ומנכל המלון שדאגו שיהיה לנו להכל בכל בקשה.
הניקיון היה מעולה, החדרים חדשים ויפים מאוד.
האוכל במלון ברמה גבוהה וטעים מאוד!!!

הגענו למלון לאונרדו פלאזה כנרת כדי לחגוג את יום הנישואין הראשון שלנו, מהרגע הראשון התקבלנו בברכה ובחיוך, התפעלנו מיופי המלון, החדר והבריכה, כשאנחנו מוקפים בנוף עוצר נשימה. ארוחות הערב והבוקר היו טעימות להפליא, מפנקות ומלאות בשפע! מעל הכול – השירות המדהים שקיבלנו לאורך כל השהות. כל אנשי הצוות שפגשנו היו אדיבים, נעימים, שירותיים ומסבירי פנים, ותמיד עם חיוך ורצון אמיתי לעזור ולארח כיד המלך. נתקלנו בתודעת שירות שמזמן לא פגשנו בה בישראל, שהפכה את החוויה שלנו למושלמת. השירות האישי והחם של אבנר הוא ללא ספק הדובדבן שבקצפת, תודה על כל הפינוקים ובעיקר על התחושה שחשוב ואכפת לכם מאיתנו!
