A notre arrivee en voiture vers 22:00 Nous devions decharger nos bagages au lobby puis nous garer. Pas de personnel pour prendre en charge nos bagages comme cela se passe partout ailleurs. Ni meme avoir ete accompagne dans notre chambre, c'etait vraiment decevant. Sinon le reste etait correct Genaralement l'acceuil est souriant, serviable, attentionné
Отель на берегу озера. Хороший ремонт. Переживательный персонал на ресепшн, реагируют быстро на просьбы. Уборка в номерах тоже хорошая, персонал уборки все приветливые. В гостинице ещё иногда идут ремонтные работы, но это не очень мешает. Бассейн небольшой, приходится занимать места заранее. Столовая большая, блюда тоже большие, стандартная израильская еда , уборка со столов проходит быстро и незаметно для гостей. Был инцидент с гостями сверху...персонал гостиницы откликнулись быстро на нашу жалобу и всё решили в нашу пользу. В общем и целом хорошо и комфортно провели время. Внизу на набережной есть хороший ресторан, хоть и дороговато, но отличные мясные и рыбные блюда.

Des pannes de courant de plus de deux heure coincé dans la chambre sans climatisation et ascenseur bloqué
Et une fois que le courant est revenu un seul ascenseur sur trois fonctionnait avec bcp de monde bcp de poussette et un temps fou pour monter et descendre du 10 etage
Mauvaise expérience je ne reviendrai pas
