גועל נפש של שירות ומנהל בשם אבנר שפשוט מבייש את המלון אני וחברה שלי שתי לוחמים שיצאו לחופש בסופ״ש להתרענן ורצינו לנסוע לילה בטבריה השכרנו חדר עם ג׳קוזי במרפסת ומהקומה מעלינו בחדר עם הג׳קוזי היה להם פיצוץ בצינור של הג׳קוזי וכל המים מלמעלה ירדו על המרפסת שלנו המים שמילאו את המרפסת הגיעו לחדר והציפו גם אותו ביקשנו עזרה הביאו לנו מנקה, המנקה ניסה לייבש במשך שעה את המים ללא הצלחה ביקשנו לעבור לחדר אחר אמרו לנו אין לנו חדר אחר אין לנו איך לעזור לכם אם בא לכם תקחו את הכסף שלכם ותעזבו את המלון הרסו לנו פשוט את כל החוויה שילמנו 1800 שקל ללילה להתרענן מהצבא קצת ולבסוף זה הפך לסיוט המנהל בשם אבנר פשוט חוצפן וחוצפה של הרשת לא אחזור לשם ולא אמליץ להגיע לשם אחרי היום שהיה אמור להיות כיף שהפך לסיוט

Le shabbat il y avait que des voyous dans l’hôtel il y a eu une bagarre c’est inacceptable, j’étais avec ma femme nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel. J’ai demandé à remboursement je n’ai toujours pas eu de réponse, je n’irai plus jamais au Leonardo Plaza Siberia.

התאכזבתי מהמלון ! הוא ב מיקום נהדר אבל השירות גרוע ! האוכל היה טעים , החדר נקי , שירותי ה ספא לא איכותי !

השירות בתוך המלון על הפנים , לא איכותי בכלל ולא שווה את סכום הכסף . שנכנסו נתנו לנו חדר בכלל לא כמו החדר שהזמנו היינו צריכים להתווכח איתם כדי לקבל את החדר שלנו ! רצינו שירותי ספא בדקנו איתם אמרו לנו שהכל תפוס ויום למחרת התברר שיש מלא מקום פנוי ! הזמנו ספא ושלמנו לא מעט כסף ושהגיע התור שלנו אני רואה שהמטפלת שצריכה לקבל אותי הולכת הביתה מסיימת עבודה , זה לא היה מכבד בכלל ! ובקבלה רצו להכריח אותה לחזור , להחליף בגדים שוב ולקבל אותי ! כל זה ואני ממתינה 15 דקות בקבלה אז אין סיכוי ששכחו.
