El personal excelente
Our room was beautifully furnished, spacious and had an amazing city view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and were a highlight for us. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. We ordered room service and the food was very good.
Small things that add up. We could hear our neighbor from our room. The window in our room didn't close completely which meant we could also hear construction outside and the AC was not super effective. One thing the hotel can do without in my opinion is the additional small charges you find everywhere. For example if you order room service you have to pay 7.5 euros extra for the food to come to your room; for the pool it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap which the hotel happily sells to you at the reception for ~5 euros. I feel these charges, while not very significant, take away from the 5 star experience.

Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. Le bar avec vue panoramique est superbe.
La chambre grande et les lits très confortables.
Le jour du départ, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir avoir un petit déjeuner dans la chambre, sans surcoût, puisque j'avais déjà payé le petit déjeuner mais que je partais trop tôt pour y aller.
En revanche en chambre, il est servi dès 6h, fonc compatible, mais la réception voulait que je paye la totalité du petit déjeuner, ce que je n'ai pas trouvé très normal.
J'ai donc pris un panier petit déjeuner, mais assez sommaire et sans rapport avec le petit déjeuner au restaurant ou dans la chambre.

L’établissement est très propre et bien situé. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment très bon. Le petit-déjeuner était également très bien, avec un espace propre et agréable. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai été satisfait de mon séjour.
Le seul point négatif concerne le parking. À mon arrivée, on ne m’a pas clairement indiqué où se trouvait le parking de l’hôtel. J’ai utilisé un parking juste à côté en pensant que c’était le bon, et j’ai dû le payer chaque jour alors que j’avais déjà payé une place de parking avec l’hôtel. Une indication plus claire à l’arrivée aurait évité ce problème.

Aunque no empañan la estancia, ni mucho menos, hay algún detalle (a nivel entorno) que un 5 estrellas no debería pasar por alto.
The rooms are spacious & all other facilities used were good. Rosa (restaurant manager) was outstanding, she made us feel so welcome & engaged with us daily & nothing was too much to ask. Also, Ana (Spa Manager) was just lovely, so happy & welcoming also, very knowledgeable and is a great communicator.
Location was a little further out from Porto than we’d liked but not a problem as Bolt widely available

Le service n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles. Nous n’avions pas été prévenu des horaires de la piscine et celle-ci était fermée exceptionnellement. Quand nous avons enfin pu y aller on a appris qu’il nous fallait des bonnets de bain, payants à l’accueil. Aucune compensation proposée pour notre après-midi perdue.
