I really enjoyed my stay overall. The hotel is very nice, the location was convenient, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. The room was always very clean. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I would especially like to recognize Carlos at reception, who was very professional, friendly and attentive throughout my stay. He made me feel very welcome and was always willing to help.
I also had two unpleasant experiences with reception staff. One male receptionist at check-in spoke to me in a rude manner. Later during my stay, I also had an unpleasant phone conversation with a female receptionist. I believe it was the blonde receptionist who was working that evening, as I had seen her at the front desk only a few minutes before I called from my room. Thankfully, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was really good.
The swimming pool was dirty and quite disappointing, especially considering the standard of the hotel.
