Der Teppich war reichlich befleckt
The hotel & restaurant was excellent. Staff good. Food outstanding. Did have a concern at check in with our room. Our 2 hand towels had major stains of make up on them. Not a 5 star hotel rating if they don't check their towels. Also their bathrobes were very rough texture. I did take the towels to the front desk, where a lovely lady took a photo & said it would be addressed to housekeeping. I heard no more. Definatly worth the stay.
Housekeeping needs to be more diligent checking their towels before they are put in rooms.
The 24/7 lobby bar and the quiet rooms
Although there were 3 elevators they were really slow, waiting time for the elevator during breakfast could take 5 to 10 min

La piscina interior es gratuita, es tranquila y nos gustó bastante. La recepción del hotel es muy amplia y agradable, el personal muy servicial y simpático, atienden sin problema en español. Nos dieron la habitación una hora antes porque ya estaba lista.
Las vistas de la terraza en el piso 19 son espectaculares, además tiene unas maravillosas vistas para ver la puesta de sol. Nos dieron vale para un coctel de cortesía gratis al llegar al hotel para poder disfrutarlo en el momento de la estancia que se desee
El spa es pequeño y muy pobre, algunas duchas no funcionaban, al igual que algunos chorros. El colchón y las almohadas, muy mejorables, me destrozaron las cervicales. La habitación en general es algo antigua, la limpieza del baño mejorable, la moqueta da algo de repelús.

Hotel provide limited 2 0.5l bottles of water for a suite for a family with 4 members.
Parking is only free from 7pm to 9am beyond this time you will have to pay per hour.
