Acho que o serviço proporcionado não corresponde a 5 estrelas, daria 4 estrelas. Mas no cômputo, o hotel é bom.
Quarto grande, boa localização, excelente café da manhã, quartos sempre limpos, academia excelente e instrutores educados e atenciosos, todos os funcionários do hotel foram muito educados,simpáticos e atenciosos. Gostei muito!
Água vazando para fora do box o que acabava molhando o banheiro e tive que utilizar toalha de rosto no chão para evitar que o banheiro ficasse todo molhado, a fim de conter que a água se espalhasse pelo banheiro. Outro ponto que achei negativo foi a utilização da piscina que tinha horários muito específicos de uso, e no feriado estava fechado.

Bathrooms are a little outdated with a shower over the bath, a safetly hazard for old people. Check in took too long

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in every interaction we had with them. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
A special mention to João Silva at the front desk, who made a huge difference to our stay. We had booked two rooms and only requested that they be as close together as possible. Initially, the rooms were on different floors, but João managed to arrange two connecting rooms for me and my family. This was a massive upgrade for us, and it genuinely made the experience much better.
Apart from the pool/wellness area, the rest of the hotel felt like what I would expect from a 5 star property: great breakfast, very comfortable beds, excellent pillows, good room temperature, good amenities, and an overall amazing room experience.
For us, the pool is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay, especially when travelling with a baby. Considering this is a 5 star hotel, we expected a much better wellness/pool experience: something more spacious, comfortable, and in line with other spa style hotel pools. Instead, the pool and gym are operated by Solinca, and the facilities did not feel remotely close to 5 star standard.
The main pool area is very small and had only around six loungers available for the entire hotel. Once a family takes a few of them, there is basically nowhere else to sit or even place your belongings. There were no extra chairs or proper areas to keep bags and towels off the floor. Thankfully, another family kindly gave us one of their loungers when they saw us arriving with our baby.
There was also supposed to be an additional water circuit pool, but it was closed for maintenance. From the condition of the area, it looked like it had been closed for a very long time. Another pool area used for lessons appeared poorly maintained, with visible rust dripping from a wall fan and rubbish nearby, which made the space feel neglected.
The walls and general pool area also did not look particularly clean or well maintained. Overall, the wellness area felt more like a small gym pool than a luxury hotel facility.
This is frustrating because the rest of the hotel was very good, and the staff were excellent in every interaction. They genuinely went above and beyond. However, the pool experience had such a negative impact on our stay that we cannot rate the hotel higher. For a 5 star hotel, this part of the experience was simply not acceptable.

O quarto era enorme mas perfeito para que viaja com uma bebé de 14 meses. Super confortável e muito bem equipado. Adorámos os miminhos.
Os serviços são vários e diversificados o que possibilita passarmos um ótimo momento no hotel.
O staff, todo ele muito atencioso e prestável. O nosso obrigado!
E depois a espetacular vista do rooftop onde se encontra o bar e o restaurante. Perfeitos! O serviço, a carta e os empregados todos 5 estrelas. Para repetir!
Por fim, e simplesmente incrível, o pequeno-almoço. Pela variedade e qualidade são dos melhores que já experimentámos.
Em suma, para repetir.

Sinon depuis l’hôtel environ 8€ le taxi.
L’accueil et le personnel au petit soins et sympathique . Le voiturier à toute heure.La chambre très agréable et calme. Surtout la vue panoramique au bar 19 eme étage et les bons cocktails suggéré de Tutto (très sympathique et professionnel)
Le sauna et Hammann séparé masculin et féminin et un petit peu vieillot. Dommage que la Sauna ne fonctionnait pas.
Personnel extraordinaire, avec une attention particulière pour Rosa Maria, une perle.
