Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder! :)
Pros:

Wunderschönes super gelegenes Hotel, absolut traumhaft nettes Personal, sehr herzlich, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Der Spa ist sehr klein und eher in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt keine Liegen oder ein „Wellness Gefühl“. Es ist eher ein Sport Club dem auch externe Besucher beiwohnen dürfen. Es war demnach ein „Kommen und Gehen“ zudem war die Sauna leider während unseres Aufenthaltes kaputt.

Absolument tout, le personnel trés serviable et d'une gentiesse, tout les services avec l'hotel et les établissements internes, l'accueil et le départ, vraiment parfait, un trés bel hotel, fabuleux.

Pros:

Unfortunately we didnt stay because we didnt like the style/branding look. Seemed very fake and weird. We were hoping for a more boutique hotel experience instead of a big chain. Felt with all the history in Edinburgh that the hotel didnt respect the culture. The interior could of been anywhere in the world. Staff were very helpful and understanding. We lost 500 pounds because of us deciding not to stay at your hotel.

Cons:

very fake . Art work was strange and all the fake plants were awful. Finishes and colouring seemed cheap for a 5 star hotel

Short break away from routine
Pros:

The complimentary drinks social hour was a really good idea.
Its a win win situation, because it draws people together, and then of course we are going to continue at the bar, and then to Baba.
Super first evening spent in hotel
Went out for 2nd evening, after enjoying the pool facilities and facial and massage

L’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel.
Ils sont tres pro.
L’hôtel est très confortable
Très bonne literie.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais les tables étaient mal nettoyé entre deux clients et la salle principale très sonore.

I was really disappointed when we checked in on October 1.I checked in with my friends around 2 pm.I understand that check in time is 3 pm and I patiently waited till 3 pm.It was not ready till around before re 330.I did not complain because my friend Santiago room 400 was already upset since she was sick and only checked in after me’.The stay was good .I should have just let it go but when I checked out she got some refund due to inconvenience,but it’s not fair because I was was also inconvenience on checked in and we both book at same agency’.booking..com,please exercise fairness and I demand for u to investigate.thank you

My daughter's 40th Birthday overnight stay in Edinburgh at The Kimpcot Hotel
Pros:

Location,staff in reception & garden cafe room friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Room was smaller than looked on photo,sofa bed wasn't comfortable.There were 3 of us,only 2x bathrobes in room,2 x pairs of slippers,I x pr 2 left feet.This was to surprise my daughter for her 40th Birthday,my eldest daughter rang to organise bubbles & chocolates,the chocolates were in a very small box,I ordered the sweet dome,nothi ng like the photo,no cake to put the candles Id brought.Disappointed,nothing special in the room,not aware beforehand my grand- daughter could only use the pool at certain times,difficult when you have attractions booked.

Good location not worth what we paid
Pros:

Location was good and well placed

Cons:

The rooms were not good value for money similar footprint to a premier inn room with slightly nicer furnishings. Bathroom tiles had Mold on and the noise was terrible from the room next door. Personally I just felt it was not worth what we paid for the room and would not return.

Da equipe que não atendeu com atenção e respeito. Não considerou q estávamos 4 noites em férias e nos colocou num quarto barulhento ao lado dó housekeeping. Todas as manhãs eu tive q abrir a porta para avisar q tinha hóspede dormindo. Eles estavam no papel deles e foram educados pedindo desculpas. Mas decidirem colocar um casal de férias por 4 noites no quarto mais barulhento do andar.
Qdo fui avisar a recepção eles nao foram atenciosos, nao pediram desculpas nem tentaream meljorR nossa estadia.
