The location
When we got there there was no bag for the garbage and the ac was too loud and the soap at the bathtub was stuck to the bathtub like they didn’t even clean the tub, last person that used the tub the soap was without the wrapper and Stuck there on the corner

Nice. Loved the tiki bar , the pool, the beach was just a few steps. Breakfast was great.

Being directly on the beach is great for walking and enjoying the ocean which we love. The resort is actually very environmentally aware which is also great from my perspective as that is important - and love all the art work throughout the hotel. Guy Harvey has done so much for ocean conservation in his life and work so glad to see that legacy being passed down!
The bed could be a little firmer, the one in our room was saggy.

Rooms smelled like mildew and smoke
Everyone at the Resort were helpful. Whatever you needed they did there best to make it happen. Food was good also. Pool area very nice. On the beach was another plus.

The location, staff & cleanliness
The bedding/ sheets didn’t fit the bed properly & I felt the maid service could have cleaned the room better. They forgot to leave coffee or shampoo & I had to ask for service. I thought once you were out of the room for breakfast or the beach, maid service was automatically provided.
loved the location, tiki bar and the live music
rooms are outdated and need some attention. had small flying bugs in the sink. would love to see an outdoor hot tub since the weather can be cool at times.
