Great staff, great location.
Floors in hallway are tile and it is very loud when people roll their luggage through.

Rooms dark and old. Booked a room with a partial view. That was only if you bent right over the balcony and look left. The view is really of the car park, not good.
Being right on the beach is a big plus. The bartender Donna was great and it was her birthday.
The wind made a whistling sound thorugh the AC system.
Great location. Really enjoyed restaurant at the hotel. They have different activities scheduled during the week. Very clean and well maintained hotel

The shop was brilliant ! Also have to give big props for having a good stock of non-alcoholic 'equivalents' in their bar - it is becoming a growing trend but not everyone caters for it so wanted to mention that as well. Just overall a winner - and being cat and dog friendly means we will return for sure.....

I didn't like being woken up from sleeping cause people next to us were having sex so loud that it seemed to be coming thru the vents. I was also woken up by extremely loud people on the other side of us. We just came off of a cruise and the walls were better insulated that the hotel. I stayed in room 111. I would prefer a refund.
The view was amazing and great place for families and children.
I didn't like that they didn't have breakfast included.
The property manager was very helpful. I had requested an early check in. He was able to accommodate my request. Communication with him was easy and very timely. The location of the property was very convenient. We loved our stay.
