The staff here is excellent! I have felt each and every staff member I interfaced with was Genuinely interested in my comfort. Each front desk person called me by name and asked how my time here at the hotel and out in the community was going. While all the staff has been wonderfully responsive, one stands out. His name is William and he staffs the front desk on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,I believe. He has been helpful in all the ways you might imagine, but he has even helped me with my new IPhone, as I am not very technologically saavy. And he is always engaged and cheerful and helpful! A plus for William!!
My dislikes are minor. The ice machine produces ice “cubes” that are more like chips, so they melt very quickly and have to be replenished often. I was originally booked into a suite. It would have been nice if it were stocked with some dish soap or even hand soap.

Restaurant was out of dishes, recommended against some of their food, and it took 45 minutes to receive a burger and salad after ordering. Just dont bother with the restaurant...

That with the price of the room and the app not be notified by the hotel that the hot tub was down,and breakfast was NOT included for the price.
Breath of fresh air! Clean, updated, and friendly staff made my one night stay with friends unforgettable. My Yorkie stepped in gum at the rest area on the way - William and Chris gladly provided me with mayonnaise a comb to get her good as new!

Room was very clean
Went to front desk and asked for a blanket, offered to walk to house keeping and pick it up but was told no they would run it up. 30 minutes go bye no blanket. Call down front desk & they say they will run it right up. Never got a blanket.

Breakfast was expensive to eat if not included
All was as expected when we arrived for a three night stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. We got settled and grabbed our laptops to get some work done before heading out to dinner. We quickly learned that the WIFI was not stable enough to send prepared documents. We spoke with the desk staff (day & evening) and was assured someone would be rectifying the WIFI issue. 24hrs later, still nothing.
Then William arrived at the front desk. Things changed in a hurry. He listened, was apathetic to our situation and had us in a new room with stable internet within a few minutes. He allowed us to test the internet before moving, offered to help us, made sure we were happy and offered us free beverages and a sweet treat.
He’s a real gem and we give him 5 stars too!
