The staff here is 10/10. The room is so comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. It’s quiet and spacious. The pool was also nice (a major reason why I stayed here). I’ll stay here again for sure.

I chose this hotel, not knowing the brand name, but only based on the photos. I was incredibly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was, the room was, and how fantastic the staff was! I was so delighted with the hotel that I added 2 extra days to my stay! Special shout-out to Lexie at the front desk - she talked me through my options throughout the stay and helped with a few logistics. She deserves 10 stars just like the hotel! I highly recommend it!
Food was good, much better than other hotel breakfasts I’ve eaten.
Next visit we will request our room on the other side of the hotel. Highway noise was disruption to sound sleep!

I felt that the guy at check in could have been a bit friendlier, but he wasn't rude.
Nice clean hotel. Not noisy at all despite the number of children that were staying there. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We took advantage of the breakfast deal, make sure you ask about that. My only complaint would be the hot tub. It barely bubbled and the children were allowed to play in it.
Informative/welcoming front desk personnel with Paul. He does an excellent job! The room was cozy with no weird hotel smells. Bed and sheets so comfortable/clean. Breakfast was tasty with friendly service.
Before I got in the shower I noticed that there was some long black hairs in the shower drain area...I have blonde hair. So..that was kinda yuck. Not sure how they missed that when cleaning. I just wiped it up, but eww.
