Overall good with exception of the Internet.
Pros:

Chris on the desk when I checked in was wonderful, not only with me but also with the customer that was ahead of me and having some issues with his company made reservation. Chris was very polite and friendly durin my registartion and afterwards as well. I think he is an excellent example of the type of employee you want in front of the customers.

Cons:

The free internet was very difficult to get signed-on to with (3) similarly named networks and no instructions as to which one to use. And the performance, especially in the evening, was very poor, often timing out or becoming Not Available for periods of time.

Stayed for work. Was an easy in easy out. Super clean. Restaraunt was nice!
Pros:

Property was extremely clean. Staff was very delightful (even at 4:30 am when I left). Will be staying here everytime I’m in Ann Arbor.

Incredibly clean and comfortable with the most amazing staff.
Pros:

The facility incredibly clean, the bed was unbelievablycomfortable and the waterfall shower was amazing, but the staff was the most amazing part. I was dropped off late at night after being discharged from the university hospital it is close to but I live several hours away so a student at the hospital recommended this hotel. They were all incredibly kind and accommodating, particularly the gentleman who checked me in. I hadn't seen a soul other than doctors and nurses for a week so he let me talk his ear off, ensured I was able to do my laundry and helped me get my hospital band off with a stapler remover since the scissors were MIA. The next morning they were also kind enough to let me do a late check out as my partner had a family emergency on his way out and I had to make other pick up arrangements. I will most certainly be staying here any time I have to travel out to this hospital for treatment.

Great stay for our overnight trip to the area

Pros:

Location and lots of parking

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable and our room was facing the highway. Unfortunately we heard the traffic all night long and did not get to sleep.
