Location and lots of parking

Cons:

Beds were not comfortable and our room was facing the highway. Unfortunately we heard the traffic all night long and did not get to sleep.

The smell in the room was horrible and the toilet was Broken. I told staff about it and it was never fixed. They also took extra money from my account and when I spoke to staff about it he basically told me to wait to talk to my bank and had no solution. The hot tub was also broken.

Big rooms, good housekeeping
Pros:

We stayed here for one night of our road trip, and the room was really big and comfortable, but the air coming out of the AC unit smelled moldy.
The room, bathroom and common areas looked very clean that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. But then the next day, we tried to grab breakfast there and we thought the options were a bit expensive, also the coffee machine wasn’t working. The lady was super nice though, and gave us drip coffee, but it wasn’t what we expected I guess. Not a bad experience, but I guess we went on a bad weekend that’s why I’m not giving it 4*.

I could not have asked for a more positive “away from home” experience. Thank you!
Pros:

The staff here is excellent! I have felt each and every staff member I interfaced with was Genuinely interested in my comfort. Each front desk person called me by name and asked how my time here at the hotel and out in the community was going. While all the staff has been wonderfully responsive, one stands out. His name is William and he staffs the front desk on Tuesdays and Wednesdays,I believe. He has been helpful in all the ways you might imagine, but he has even helped me with my new IPhone, as I am not very technologically saavy. And he is always engaged and cheerful and helpful! A plus for William!!

Cons:

My dislikes are minor. The ice machine produces ice “cubes” that are more like chips, so they melt very quickly and have to be replenished often. I was originally booked into a suite. It would have been nice if it were stocked with some dish soap or even hand soap.
