Pros:

Overall not a bad room. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Not as clean as it should be. Items not available in room - Kleenex, coffee cups, cups and enough coffee additives.

Comfy place to stay before an early morning flight.
Pros:

Location close to DTW airport and free shuttle to the airport. Breakfast started at 5:30 AM which is nice and early.

Cons:

I had trouble connecting to the wifi on my phone - finally had to connect on my laptop. The desk clerk tried to help me, but she was too busy with guests checking in. They could use another person at the front desk. No water in the room and they were out of water in the area where you could buy drinks, water, and snacks.

Not what I expected out of a Holiday Inn Express
Pros:

Did not have breakfast.The location was great for us to get taken to airport

Cons:

The room I stayed was very run down…Bathroom door was missing big pieces at the bottom, walls were very badly in need of painting and walls very thin could hear everything
