Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking and wifi separately. I didn't realize how close it is to the airport. The constant sound of planes landing and taking off did not allow for any sleep.

Proximity to the Airport & Airport Shuttle

Cons:

Most of the staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. I am sure the clientele are also difficult being tired after long flights, but a pleasant smile and kind Tone would be a significant improvement.

Also, despite providing an email, requesting an invoice and being told it would be sent via email at the location I have not yet received one.
Requesting this via booking, I received a message that the email was incorrect.
For business travelers it is very inconvenient to run after invoices.

Convenient and clean. No frills
Pros:

Easy to get to and from the airport and it was clean

Cons:

Very understaffed late at night. Wait time to get checked in was over 30 minutes. Was disappointing when your flight is delayed and you are tired and need a little rest
