Great place to stay for long flight connections.

Pros:

Line was very long to check in at 9pm. Then a crew member from the airport cut the line and the staff just allowed it to happen. While everyone had been waiting at least 30mins

Staff let a crewmember cup the line to check in, when the check in line was so long at 9pm. There should have been more staff members at the front

I was at the airport holiday inn to be near the airport. The planes did stop about 11pm.
Pros:

The staff at front desk and dining area were very kind. The food was good. The bartender excellent. My biggest problem was I asked for my room to be cleaned and fresh towels about 5pm. I was asked if I had told anyone and I said no and didn’t know I had to. I never received fresh towels. I was disappointed that I had to pay for parking during my 2 day stay. I had booked somewhere else for my vacation stay parking.

Cons:

No paid parking for hotel guests when they are staying there. If you have a policy that two night stays don’t get linens, notify the guests

I am not going to stay at your hotels anymore

Cons:

I attended to a tax seminar. At the seminar room, the trash was never picked up during the day, the trash cans were overfilled. The seminar restroom never worked, always so dirty and out of work. We had no coffee almost all day after breakfast. I conmpained with the front counter several times, etc

Perfect location, handy for the airport.
Pros:

Handy location to the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Friendly staff. The bar and restaurant are open till late. Handy for a bite to eat when you arrive late, like we did. This was our third visit on stopover down to Florida.
