location was great
there was a funky smell, especially when we entered the room
Close to family
Room is not maintained. Bathroom wall is peeling, towel rack is rusted. Not enough outlets. Can’t plug in more than one thing next to the beds even though there are 2 outlets, set up is wrong.
It was the worst experience horrifying horrible nightmarish

He jumped out from under the covers as I was watching TV
They would not reimburse me
They moved me to another room
I could not sleep at all
I took a shower in the new room and the water filled up to my mid calf
The water would not go down

They sent me an email to check out
The check-in guy also tried to overcharge me saying I checked in at 3am when their site says 3 pm to anytime after
I also saw what looked like a centipede or long legged fluffy bug of some sort cross the floor from the kitchen to the check-in desk
This location is obviously filthy disgusting
I have stayed at other holiday in. Express this had never happened to me before
I will not ever stay at any of their locations in the future
I recommend you go elsewhere
I contacted IHG who would also not reimburse me for this horrifying experience
The hair of someone’s nether regions was in the toilet seat which made me doubt the cleanliness of the entire room. Got there late and left early which I was glad for to limit my exposure to the dirtiness, also if you’re coming to visit Pittsburgh, stay somewhere else. Bridgeville is pretty run down imo.

Nice to have breakfast but offering not great
Room was clean, and staff was friendly. Shower curtain was in need of being replaced, but was still functional. Free breakfast was dreadfully sad, dried out sausage, dried out eggs, not a lot of variety. But this is what I expect nowadays when hotels offer free breakfast, the bar has been set pretty low. The room was clean and the place was quiet, so it met my expectations.
I selected this hotel for indoor pool which was closed there was a letter hanging at the counter at check in that pool was closed.
We had a room for 3 adults we had 2 large towels 3 wash clothes 2 hand towels I showered used 2 towels went down stairs to ask for towels was literally handed 2 I asked if I could get 2 more lady asked "didnt you have towels" I said yes 2 and I just used those my self to shower we have 3 adults in the room.
We did like the location. Lot of restaurants to choose from and a few things to do in the area.
Wish the Gym was a little bigger, a hot tub (which was my fault for not looking in the descriptions). The bathroom tub looked like it was painted over. And no matter how I placed the shower curtain the floor got soaked.

Time of breakfasts started too early and therefore ended too early. Time appeared to be good only if you were leaving early in the morning
Use of shower was difficult to figure out.,The knob was difficult to understand and to regulate. Therefore caused the bathroom floor to get wet.
