It was very disappointing that our room could not be ready even after o called a hour and a half ahead of time .

The room was not ready at 4pm like it was supposed to of been, we drove in from 4 hours away to go to a concert and we had to get ready in the bathroom downstairs with no AC in it, I asked the staff if they can get us in a different room and she said no they didn’t have anything available, when we could not wait anymore cause we would be late they offered me a smaller room on the 3rd floor , I even called twice while we where on the road, I feel like they used their position to make us uncomfortable in a professional way. I know when I’m getting railroaded.

Cons:

Room door was stuck.like someone tried to break in before. Fridge didn't work ice maker didn't work. Laundry room shut down had to go to the laundry mat and spend 40 dollars pool dirty staff rude old tvs old appliances

Good and clean
Pros:

15 minutes from river walk and zoo. Standard breakfast. Good and clean hotel.

Cons:

We didnt have any handsoap at the sink. Maybe just a miss from the housekeeping.

It was ok room for the family. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The fridge had to be switched do to it wasn't working and I had already bought food that I wasted. Coffee pot was dirty so didn't use. Keys to the doors don't work great at all. We switched ours out and still only one worked

Location was good. Yall say 6:30a.m breakfast but it didnt open up until 7 a.m? Kinda late start for me especially if you have plans at 8 and with traffic on the freeway
