Pros:

Air conditioning not working!!! And the room was not possible to cool down and it was weary much moisture, all clothes was wet also bed. Not good and not comfortable.

Pros:

The hotel keep up the spirit and Western style mixed with Asian hospitality.
We visited first time in 2008 and its still very good! Breakfast is good for both Westerners and Asians.
Good restaurants and bar!

2泊お世話になりました。着いたとたん、○○さんですね、と到着を待ってくれてました。ハイフォンは都会なので、リゾート感のあるホテルはあまりないかと思います。ここもビジネス客がたくさん来るところですが、私達観光客にも非常に優しく丁寧に受け入れてくれた気がします。屋外プールも小柄ながらありました。日本人ビジネスマンが多数来るところみたいです。
レセプションではハロン湾クルーズの相談や、ハノイへの移動の相談にも時間を惜しむことなく対応して頂き助かりました。英語のリスニングの苦手な私達にも丁寧に説明をしてもらったと思います。
紹介されたハロン湾ツアーも非常にいいガイドさん付きだったし、ハノイまでのタクシーも固定金額での予約だったのでドライバーとの交渉もなく楽でした。ハイフォンでは有名なタクシー会社でリムジンではないけど、充分いいトヨタ車でした。
なかなかハイフォンに行く機会はないけど、また泊まりたいホテルです。ありがとうございました。

Its really bad. Hotel is old with no amenities and room service. Even the massage service is very bad. The masseur cant understand or speak English.
