Will never recommend this place to anyone.
Pros:

The lady who served us was very nice and tried her best to solve our issues.

Cons:

When we arrived on the first day the room was hot like a sauna. They have no air conditioning and said it will be better at night. When we insisted on a better solution they moved us to a different room and failed to say that it is only available for one night. So the night after they moved us to a room with separate beds and had no solution for us and didn’t even tell in advance. We left the hotel that evening and didn’t stay the extra night. They didn’t give us the full refund back because they said booking will charge them for the fee

We had 3 nights in Stepantsminda, really glad we stayed with Miro & Sophie.
Pros:

Miro and Sophie are great hosts, they are always available to help with anything.
Very family-friendly place, great for guests with kids.
Need to know where to eat? They will tell you and anything else you might need.
Amazing views from the room, great place to come back to after a day in the mountains.
