Convenient, comfortable and value for money
Pros:

Amazing city views from balcony, spacious apartments and very comfortable bed. Nice indoor pool. Cat bus stop infront of hotel for convienient travel. Good value for money

Cons:

Bathroom a little dated but still clean and functional

Pros:

I really liked the fact that I was so central

Cons:

I arrived to mantra on hay on Wed 13th of May everything was fine it was clean and comfortable
I did not get my room cleaned until day 5 of me being there absolutely ridiculous
Then there was construction going at the hotel from tues 19th to the 22nd which started at 7/730 in the morning and it absolutely rattled my Apartment every morning
I will be sending a very strongly worded email to mantra myself

It was really great, we loved it
Pros:

Our two-bedroom apartment (we were upgraded from one bedroom) was amazing! Beds were comfortable, it was nice and quiet, comfortable lounge / dining / kitchen area. Nearly shop every handy

Friendly staff, great location, but the room was the let down, dirty and uncomfortable
Pros:

Location great! Good reasonably priced parking and staff we friendly.

Cons:

Level 5 had a poor odour and quite musky. The ceiling above our room door had pieces ripped out exposing the piping in the ceiling.

Upon entering the room, walls and carpet were dirty. The apartment just felt unclean.

I usually do t right negative reviews, but it was a disappointing experience.

Great 2-week stay. Just a couple of tweaks, and all will be perfect
Pros:

Was an enjoyable stay. Friendly staff. They were very helpful and leapt at every request.

Cons:

There wasn't any safety rail to get out of the bath/shower. I had to hold onto a frameless glass screen. It can be dangerous.
No hand rails to get out of the pool. The last step is quite high. I have bad knees and back. I had to sit on the ground and slide across to a chair to be able to hold onto so i could stand up.
Please rectify as both can be dangerous for your guests

Pros:

Accessible hotel within Perth city. Almost everything is walkable. The hotel is also easy to access coming off the freeway. My booking got bumped up to a 2 double bed apartment so defo a bang for buck. There are convenience store around.

Cons:

The parking is a bit tight. Not guaranteed to get parking but I didn't have any issues throughout my stay.
