Location is great. Useful shops nearby. Beds are comfy, having a washing machine and dryer is very handy!
Check in time wasn't until 3pm, earlier would have been more convenient .
Parking is costly.
The location was super convenient, and transport was easy to access. The facilities were great for our needs, the tv was great.
There was a musty smell in our room, presumably from a burst water pipe in the room below, but it was mildly off-putting.
The process for accessing the room wasn't properly explained, specifically that you needed to use the door key on the lift to access the floor your room was on

Place is worn out, the hotel is dull, something really wrong with the color tone and lighting. you can see the scratches and smile the odor. I can tell the furnitures are relatively new, but the rest seems like aged since the 80s.
