Cons:

The room had a lot of stains, we did go down and ask to possibly switch rooms but the reception didn’t talk much and just said they will send new pillows up. And then we got locked out of our room for over 20 minutes because our key cards randomly stopped working

Rooms are not very soundproof, can hear all the noise from outside plus a massive party being held in the room above with very loud music and talking till 2.30am

Was ok but for $200 a night it was below basic
Pros:

The staff were very lovely

Cons:

My room smelled bad. When I first arrived it smelled strongly of bleach - not the worst - but soon it kind of smelled of damp/earth/mould from the bathroom, the window didn’t open. Also, the tv offered abc and sbs - that’s it. Also, there was zero artwork in the room, had a bit of an institutional vibe.

Great place to stay for a good value for money
Pros:

Spacious
Clean
All u need

Cons:

Staff could be a bit more engaged , e.g. I asked if there is a pool and the answer was yes and the person walked off instead of maybe explaining where the pool is.
