Pros:

Location, facilities, close to public transport and eateries.
Friendly staff especially Michelle the shift manager.
Units well designed and equipped.

Cons:

Furniture, cupboards and accessories looking dated and well used.
Too many rooms have shower over the bath which is not suitable for older people who assume most rooms have waling shower, doesn't need to be fully accessible unit ; just walk in shower

Not the best that you would expect from an Accor Group Hotel
Pros:

Where do we start… the first room we had was a disability room the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor to the point where the water was under the clothes dryer I couldn’t even use the hairdryer for fear of getting electrocuted. When we advised reception they were reluctant to move us. When they did the room they put us in did not include a balcony like we had paid for. The room cleanliness was not that great the kitchen and bathroom could do with a good scrub. Overall we’re very disappointed in the presentation of the room. No internet from around 7.30-8.00 pmish at night to me very substandard. The girls on reception were helpful but the guys were not.
We are also members of the Accor Group in NZ but booked this through our Travel Agency.
This would have to be the first negative review generally we have never had a problem.

Excellent choice for a stay overnight in Perth
Pros:

All members of staff we met were very smart in appearance and professional.
Rooms upgraded upon arrival and both were very clean and spacious with excellent facilities.Parking space pre booked and paid without concerns.Property walking distance to Gloucester Park.
Excellent value for money.

Great choice for groups
Pros:

Always a great stay. Perfect option for sporting groups, families or any other groups. Comfortable beds, great kitchen with laundry facilities with comfortable lounge and dining.

Pros:

This stay was value for money and within walking distance to the city and Perth Mint.

Cons:

The surrounding area was a little rough with a few homeless people around which may make it a little unsafe for a single traveller.
There was only 1 fry pan and no saucepans. Ok for me because I only stayed for 1 night but if staying longer pans would be essential.
