Noisy, hard to sleep but has everything you need

Overall a great stay
Pros:

Location was great and it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable

Cons:

They gave me a room with a very small balcony that only could fit 2 chairs, while other rooms had bigger balconies that included a table and even had bigger courtyards, hardly anybody used their balconies but I use it everyday

Better hospitality and customer service at a national Park non powered site
Pros:

I liked The fact that the customer service I received was that horrible, I will never consider staying there again.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing.... I booked a studio apartment, claims to be 24 hr check in, my booking clearly stated 27th -27th, when i got there Reception refused to check me in and said because it's past midnight I wouldn't be able to check in until 2pm the next day... appalled is an understatement...
