Good location in a "grittier" part of town. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights and had good access to buses, though we walked to town. It was great overall. Thanks

Lovely cafe across the road, a good location, and the hotel building and staff were nice.
Towel was dirty, shower would overflow quickly so a lot of wrangling the two nozzles to balance temperature with not flooding the bathroom. The dunet sheets didn't properly attach so that the dunet would fall out of the sheets everynight.
Location close to restaurants and hospital which was main reason to stay.
The staff was very nice and helpful. They understood well the issues I had (bed bugs, literal infestation).

Our room was upgraded from a prison view room , I ordered a suite , but was rectified to a nice room x
The shower pressure was amazing, the bed was comfy
Could update some of the appliances in the room tv etc. not much natural light
