The unit/room does not have AC, one of the room had a split system without a remote control to turn it on and off.

Pros:

Great location. Neat & tidy. Great facilities. Easy parking.

Cons:

The only thing is the shower pressure this trip. I have stayed here before & this wasn’t an issue.

Convenient, easy and clean
Pros:

Great location with nearby restaurants and pubs. Clean and comfortable rooms, bathroom and beds. Useful kitchenette. Enough room for a family of four. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No access to balconies, I imagine for safety. But it's nice to be able to sit on a balcony.

Average accommodation in a good location
Pros:

Good location, helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Noisy - our room backed onto a building with noisy air-conditioning running 24/7, and with no double-glazing it was quite disturbing when trying to sleep. This also rendered the small balcony unusable. Kitchen facilities were minimalist. No internet TV, and internet itself was quite poor. Bed was bouncy and not very supportive. Ironing board was broken.

Pros:

The staff were friendly. The room was big and spacious and amenities were exactly what we needed for our first time travelling with bub. Shower pressure was amazing!

Location is good, being next to the uni, there are great cheap eats around.

Cons:

The timing of being in Adelaide when it was humid wasn't great as the air conditioning in the apartment didn't flow to the bedroom and it was really hot at night.

The carpets in the apartment were really dirty as my feet and socks were black from walking on them by the end of the day.
