I was in a room on the main floor by the kitchen which was very loud at 6am so my sleep was not very good. Workers were talking very loud in hallway at that time in morning

False advertising/scam.
Pros:

Literally nothing. There was not a single thing that matched the advertisements in terms of function, cleanliness, value etc.

Cons:

Rooms - dim lit, TVs couldn't stream (early 2000s not up to date with basic cable) had to watch movie on my own laptop. Bathroom was small and cramped. Products provided were scarce and dove body soap - not even a face cleanser in the bathroom. You could barely open the door without hitting the toilet

Facilities- the "spa" and pool were flat out gross. No towels, cold wet tiles covered in mildew, the benches rotting in the sauna. The pool had clumps of hair at the bottom. The hot tub had less than 6 inches covering when you sat and was only tepid. Cesspool at best

These standards would've been appropriat for a 100 motel. Not a $290 overnight stay! Absolute scam and false advertising. There was nothing good to say about this place. We did digging and this hotel is not even accredited. Literally go anywhere else.

Pros:

Stayed in a king room. Woke up to large dogs barking at 7am. Went on for over an hour. Kennels are for dogs. Hotels are for people. When I complained they offered me some breakfast free from the free breakfast. Wont stay there again.

We couldn’t use the pool because it was constantly being used for swimming lessons. This was a big disappointment for my son, and was the primary reason for us picking this hotel. Do not expect to get to use the pool if you stay here. The advertising is misleading.
