I was nervous having read old reviews for this hotel. But it’s newly renovated and my room on the 6th floor is brand new! Spotlessly clean. New floor. Lovely new bathroom with magnifying mirror built into the massive main mirror. Lots of lighting options bedroom and bathroom. And at 4pm this afternoon it’s silent. No noise problems so far. I will update my review if that changes. But so far so good! And I’ll try the airport shuttle tomorrow. Fingers crossed! :)

We stayed one night here before flying south and took advance of the Park n Fly option where we parked our car in the secure lot located behind the hotel for the duration of our one week trip. We paid for use of an anti theft device to secure the steering wheel. Unfortunately the car was stolen (inside job?) and after many hours of filing a police report and insurance claim, we had to find our own way back to Ottawa. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Returned from a week’s vacation to discover our car was stolen from their lot. No apologies given. Not even sure they will cover our room’s cost for the night (I argued this is the least they can do; they said they aren’t sure they can fully cover it. They charged our card and now we wait and see. We’re sort of stuck given the car was stolen off their lot but it would have been nice form them to have made things a little easier on us after a long day, given the circumstances.

We just arrived at your hotel after nearly 12 hours of travel with our 5 year old daughter. We were evacuated from Puerto Vallarta due to cartel violence, and forced to fly into Montreal, arriving at midnight. We live in Toronto.

Out of kindness a friend booked us a reservation with our hotel. When we landed, we called to advise of our arrival as there is an airport shuttle. We advised we would pick up our bags and meet at gate 24 as directed.

When we went to wait as directed with a freezing cold and exhausted child, having been traumatized but witnessing cars set on fires by cartel, your night manager Benedictine told us the shuttle left and to wait another 20 minutes. Exhausted, we did this. After 20 minutes, I called back as no shuttle had come back. Benedictine started raising her voice, screaming at me that it was my fault. I asked he not to raise her voice. She continued so loud that my child, husband and the driver of the cab we were forced to take could hear us. She denied yelling at us while yelling at us. I reminded her we had been travelling for 12 hours and to yell at a patron is unacceptable and we were forced to find out our transportation.

When I arrived at the hotel, she did not apologize. She was reluctant in telling me her name, and when I asked to speak to her manager in the morning, told me that was my responsibility. I am traumatized by what I witnessed in Mexico, a full day of travel with another full day to come and to be treated this way by your staff. It was insane.

Was a little nervous after reading the reviews but my son and I stayed there the other night and it was fine - I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived very early and although they were having an issue with their system they went out of their way at the front desk to enable us to check in when we got there. The lobby was nice enough, elevators were ok, and our room was on the 5th floor and had recently been renovated - very nice, a modern bathroom/shower, reading lights in headboards, clean, comfortable beds. My son wanted to go to the pool which was ok (not too cold), and although the water slide wasn’t running on a weekday we spent an hour or so in the pool. Lots of towels there. Only negative aspects of our stay were the room stayed warm even with the ac on, we had a wake up call at 3 am we didn’t order and the walls were very thin - we got to know our neighbours better than we wanted to. Our room had adjoining door so may have been due to that mainly. Would stay there again for sure. Very good for the $129 price.

We stayed 1 night in preparation for an early
Morning flight from YUL. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had a seriously safety situation the early morning of our stay where as we were changing had other guests enter our room via a key card. The hotel when advised of this offered little comfort or support but just replying I will make a note of this. The rooms do not look as nice as the photos we saw on the booking site either, but I could live with that. It was the fact of having total strangers access our room as we were changing clothes at 5am that is absolutely concerning. Lots of other options in the area. I would recommend booking elsewhere.

We stayed here on the 24th with my kids. The room was decent, however the heat wasn't working properly. I informed someone at the front desk, also told them that we needed pillows and a blanket for the pull out bed. Someone came up, brought the blanket, one pillow, but didn't check the heating. I went to the pool with my kids, the chlorine was so high every kid in there was coughing from the fumes. My eyes were burning just sitting in there. A maintenance worker told us the pool was closing early for cleaning, I told him the chlorine was too strong, it seemed like no one cares. No food options for kids later at night which is a bummer. Vending machine was out of order.

OUR CAR WAS STOLEN!! We left for a week vacation and used the Park and fly and our car is GONE. No cameras in the parking lot. And while talking with the police, they stated a car had been stolen there just last night!! It is not safe and the staff are not helpful at all. This ruined our first family vacation :(

was charged for breakfast but was really good and has a few choices(was not aware it was not included into the hotel price), bathroom tiles, faucet and bathtub needs replacement, bad condition for a hotel with this class category, dirty windows
