Had all the accommodation’s, swimming pool, pool table, and karokoe.
Nice facilities and that the rooms are apartment style. Clean rooms as well as short walk to the mall. Would recommend the Penthouse and the level below, for your stay. Nice views of the surroundings if you choose these rooms. The restaurant in the ground floor is quite good.
Lacked shampoo and other good to have amenities, and especially cutleries and alike, for being a apartment style hotel.
Far away from the beach and certainly from a good beach.
The bathrooms are very dirty, no water in the suite, missing AC controller. Patio Door doesn’t lock and we are on ground floor. We asked front desk to fix and also housekeeping. We go away for the day, come back at night and no housekeeping or door fixed. Holes in the walls, leaking water in ceiling. Dirty. We complain… they don’t really respond. We ask for another room, same issues. NOT a good place to stay. CHEAP AUS OWNER.

location is walking distance to the mall which is very convenient. it is also walking distance to royal subic.

plenty of space. comfy beds. Quiet A/C in bedroom and living room. Good food in the restaurant and reasonable prices. Convenience shops close by and plenty of eating out options.
