Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, just 100 metres from the metro line 6, with plenty of shops and restaurants around, good neighborhood. The staff of the hotel is kind and helpful, they printed my tickets for museums and stored the luggage after check out, they fixed the rooter for wifi very fast after the electricity went off one morning. The wifi is very good too.

Cons:

The only unhappy aspect of my room was bathroom, where shower cabin is too small (circa 1m2) and water pressure weak, but honestly I was too lazy to speak with the staff about maybe changing the room for that. The black color of shower cabin also adds to strange feeling maybe. Another notice is that TV channels sometimes freeze and sometimes work normally. But I did not mention it to staff because not big deal for me.

Pros:

Rooms were compact but clean. We had 2 adjoining rooms which shared a single doorway to the corridor which I loved. Staff were great!

Bardzo miłe wrażenia z pobytu.

Śniadanie OK.
Udogodnienia, np. co do przechowania przez kilka godzin bagażu, OK.
Obsługa hotelowa profesjonalna.
Dobra lokalizacja hotelu: spokojna dzielnica, blisko stacji metro, blisko Tour Eiffel.

Cons:

Regulacja klimatyzacji - odnieśliśmy wrażenie, że regulacja temperatury nie działa.
W pokoju widać ślady zużycia: ślady na drzwiach. Również w łazience widać ślady zużycia, zwłaszcza w kabinie.

Not recommended.
Pros:

The property was within easy walking distance to the railway station, and a range of shops. There was a working lift and air conditioning.

Cons:

Poor customer service. The fridge didn’t work in the room and when i discussed it with management they were not interested in replacing, repairing or swapping our room. They did however state that they knew it was faulty prior to allocating the room to us. Paris was receiving high temperatures in the high 20’s and 30’s and water, food and medications couldn’t be kept cold. The bedside light had exposed wires. No acknowledgement was provided to an email sent. No response was provided by the manager.

Pros:

Apartamento limpo, tudo novo, cama e travesseiros excelentes. O apartamento é de carpete, mas estava limpo, eu sou alérgica e não tive problema. Os funcionários são extremamente solícitos e fazem de tudo para que você se sinta à vontade. O hotel fica muito pertinho da Torre, mas para o Louvre são cerca de 3,2 km.

Cons:

Nada, tudo foi perfeito.
