Cons:

Lack of fan in place of no air conditioning, the room is very hot and the window doesn’t stay open during the night.
The staff member at reception on our arrival was not friendly and was very short/dismissive in communication. Definitely no smile with service with him!

Pros:

Localização espetacular, muitl próximo do metrô e da torre Eiffel, além de dispor de restaurantes, mercados e farmácias nas redondezas, o que facilitou a estadia.

Cons:

Quarto extremamente pequeno, box do banheiro ridiculamente apertado. Não nos deixaram usar mesas para jantarmos, alegando que já estavam arrumadas para quem tomaria café da manhã no dia seguinte. Para usarmos um micro-ondas foi uma burocracia, parecia que iríamos explodir o hotel.

Would recommend
Pros:

I would recommend this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights with my 9 year old son while we went to Disney and done some sight seeing. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We done bed and breakfast, breakfast available was buffet style with pastries, eggs, bacon, toast, cereal etc. the bedroom was small but enough for us there was storage for the case and wardrobes with hangers and a safe. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, bottles of water and little packs in the bathroom with new sponges, ear buds, face wipes and a nail file which was a lovely touch.

We were around 1 hour on the metro to Disney and about 15 mins to the Eiffel Tower.

Some of the reviews here had made me a little nervous about staying. It is a small 3* star but I was pleasantly surprised with it and you do get what you pay for. I would stay here again.

Rapport qualité /prix pour la chambre et l’accueil
Pour avoir fait plusieurs séjour court (1-2 nuits) dans des hôtels de cette zone, le rapport prix / qualité est compétitif !

Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner de cet hôtel.

Atendimento péssimo. Funcionários não estão nem aí para o conforto dos hóspedes. Um dos funcionários nos atendeu utilizando o celular. Não deixaram utilizar uma mesa para tomar um vinho e nem utilizar o micro para aquecer um leite. Hotel sem estrutura alguma para receber uma família. Hotel fedido, quarto não cabe 2 malas médias abertas, banheiro horroroso, minúsculo. Umas das piores experiências que já tive em um hotel. Tive vergonha de hospedar minha família. O Booking deveria fazer uma avaliação melhor do hotel e da forma de oferecer o hotel.

Location is a great but I would never never return to this hotel or recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The short walking distance from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower.

Cons:

The staff was horrible. They had no proper customer service manners. Everyone staff members we interacted with appeared to be miserable with their lives. Also the room had an odd odor.
