Nice location, very good breakfast , cozy rooms
Extremely poor service, asked for water bottles , didn’t got after 45 mnts in spite of reminder , next day no bath towels in bathroom, extremely poor service
Hotel plus cleanliness.
Too far from city.
Morning breakfast, only vegetarian items.
No eggs
Cleanliness and restaurant staff.
Front desk staff are not fully trained in foreign guest requirements. After arriving and all revenant documents showed. Still received 5 phone calls asking for payments and food bills even though we had pre paid in advance on our credit card
Great hotel and could be seen from the fort. Fabulous pool for a quick dip after a hot day and good breakfast and dinner. Service was excellent and also very engaging.
Nothing really.
Excellent stay
Clean and very good staff
Centrally located
NA
Breakfast was good, and we had several options including local dishes.
The stairs to the entrance are painted two different colours, and because of that, if you are not careful you can miss the last step. One of my colleagues and I fell on the stairs; I hurt my knee. I don’t understand why they painted the stairs in a way that makes the last step hard to see unless you are particularly attentive when coming down. The staff should address this to prevent future incidents, especially since it could be dangerous for older guests.
Second, the shower head in the bathroom was leaking from the end of the hose, which made it difficult to use. They should inspect rooms and facilities before allocating them to guests.
Third, we were visiting for work, and it was frustrating that there was no paper menu available. The head chef called us during working hours to discuss food and asked us to scan a QR code, download a 20‑page menu, and place our order. This caused a lot of stress when we had meetings to attend. Guests come to a hotel to relax at the end of the day and enjoy a meal without having to scan a QR code, scroll through 20 pages, and discuss everything with the chef. This could be avoided by offering a printed menu for guests who don’t want to stare at their phones after the work.
Nice modern hotel in congested part of city
Main purpose of visiting Junagadh is to go to Girnar rope way. As tourist one has no idea how much time it will take. We requested the hotel to let us check out by 12.30 . They refused, inspite of having half occupancy. We had to check out at 8.30 am, keep the luggage in car and go for darshan.
Overall good
The reception could have been more positive
Clean rooms and good food options for breakfast
