Todo pésima experiencia. Pésimo trato del personal, groseros, mal encarados, una camarera contestona. En verdad lo que más me arruinó la estancia fue el mal trato que recibí del personal. Instalaciones demasiado viejas, deteriorados. Mala limpieza, deficiente el aseo siempre dejaban cosas. Yo salía desde temprano y regresaba tipo 7 PM a querer descansar y el cuarto sin hacer tenía que salirme para que lo hicieran. Bueno para empezar tenía que hablar para que fueran a realizar el aseo y muchas veces me dejaron esperando. Los blancos en especifico las toallas están tan viejas, desgastadas, ni siquiera son blancas se ven grises amarillentas de lo viejas que estan. Muy mala calidad de los alimentos. El gimnasio nada funcional aparatos descompuestos, oxidados. Las fotos de la página web nada que ver el hotel se está cayendo de lo viejo techos y paredes con pintura descamada. El baño despide olor a drenaje. No realmente pagué muchísimo por una muy mala experiencia y repito lo peor mal trato por el personal.
