RIN Central Hotel

I am a red haired lady and I had my hair washed and wiped ŵirh their white towels. When I checked out thay made me.pay 30 Euros !!!!!!! because my hair dyed red the towel!!!!!!! They said they could not clean them which is outrageous !!!!!! I have the same white towels at home and they are perfectly cleand. I have stayed at dozens hotels all over rhe world, i have stayed at five star hotels and luxurh ones and I never faced such behavior. They are incapable, useless and thieves. Red hair ladies stay away of this hotel.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Noisy during day due to construction.
Breakfast was ok. Spacious room.

Het hotel zelf was goed, de mensen achter de receptie waren ronduit onvriendelijk, er kon geen goedendag vanaf, ook toen we aankwamen was de heer achter de receptie buitengewoon onvriendelijk, dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt, we voelden ons er niet welkom, we waren met twee stellen, iedereen was verbaasd over de houding van de receptie, vooral de eerste dagen met een heerlijk achter de receptie, bij de ontbijtzaal werkten jongeren uit Nepal, zij waren vriendelijk, het hotel lag niet op loopafstand van de stad, we moesten steeds taxi,s aanhouden! Jammer!!!

Ein- und Auschecken, Parkplatzzuweisung, Frühstück - alles ist zweckmäßig organisiert und funktioniert gut. Vom Hotel aus sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die provisorischen und unhygienischen Plastikabdeckungen über Dusch- und Waschbeckenabfluss.

Room was dated with need of attention. Bathroom especially needs updating and plugs. 4 star hotels should have usb sockets incorporated as everyone carries phones and tablets. The flat screen tv should be fitted on the wall increasing the table space. Otherwise great service and very pleasant staff and central location

Stayed with big group for West Ham game. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff on reception, always helpful. Bit of a walk to the centre but nice quiet area. I would be careful of taxi drivers though - we got seriously ripped off and threatened. Would recommend if you don't mind walking.

Location is very good because is far to main street where is so much noise.
We had a quiet, large and very clean room.
I think furniture it's a bit old but it wasn't a problem.
Bed is large and mattress very good. I didn't like pillow but I slept well.

I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days which was done by the agency. When I arrived, although the reservation was confirmed for a single room, I was given a room with two beds that were small enough for my height. During the discussion with the reception, I was told that this is the situation and they have nothing to do. I overlooked it and the surprises were not over. The next day I went to the office and in the evening when I got to the room I found it the same way I left it one morning, without cleaning, unchanged towels. I went down to the reception and the same attitude - that's the situation, what can we do - translated take or leave. I went to the center to have lunch, hoping that maybe on my return I would at least be able to see the changed towels. Surprise same room same image. I talked at the reception and I noticed the same attitude of indifference and disinterest. I will definitely not return to this hotel in the future and I recommend that you check and confirm what you are booking.

Perfect place to stay in the middle of Bucharest. free parking, good breakfast, fair prices. Easy to acces from all areas, quiet and proper equiped in line with the pandemic requirements. Recommended for all sort of stays .

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perhaps a bit off, but quiet and it offers the opportunity to discover a less known part of Bucharest. One plus is the huge supermarket in the old market hall in Strada Traian.

The hotel is placed in an accessible area, there are enough parking places, the staff has a great professional quality, the receptionist Cristina is very skilled, and is a pleasant presence !! clean, spacious room, perfectly configured !! I highly recommend this hotel !!

We stay two nights at the hotel. Room was big enough for two and clean. We are pleased to be checked in before the check in time . Breakfast was good also. You can reach old town center by 20 minutes walk.

The property is located very conveniently in the city. The access to historical sites and restaurants is very good. The breakfast and service are also very good. Nothing to complain.

Waste of money. Motel 6 style. Not 4* and not even 1*. Bathroom dirty. Shower with mold. Cleaning lady didn't change the toilet paper. I had 1/4 of a roll on check in and had to manage with it for two days!
Reception staff didn't want to help by printing a boarding pass. The bed was so low, like a kids bed and cheap mattras. Conclusion: better stay in an apartment.

An excellent value for quality/price in an excellent location, near United Square.
Likes: the reception staff is very polite, helpful and professional; the communal area and the room were spotless clean; the king size beds are actually large super king size, with comfortable mattress, pillows and quality linen; the rooms are good size, slippers and bathrobe are provided; excellent for a short stay city trip, as walking distance ( 15-20 minutes) to UnitedSquare ( from where tourists can take the open city tour bus) and the Old Town. The taxi, which the receptionist orders with pleasure, will charge about £2 to United Square, £3 to the Atheneum area and £10 to Henri Coanda Airport. Did not try the bar or the restaurant at this hotel.
Dislikes: the immediate vicinity buildings are messy and badly maintained ( this has nothing to do with the hotel itself); there is no coffee facility in the room.
