ME GUSTO MUCHO LA HABITACIÓN, ERA GRANDE. TENÍA UNA VISTA DIRECTO AL ANGEL DE LA INDEPENCIA. ES DE FACIL ACCESO Y TODO ESTABA EN ORDEN. ME QUEDARÍA NUEVAMENTE

Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas para mí gusto personal, percibí un olor sucio y en realidad si faltaba algo más de limpieza, en lo general cuando llegue a los 10 minutos quería cancelar pero al no haber ni una parte de reembolso me ofrecieron otra habitación y la tome, pero si se me hace un lugar que debería ya cambiar ciertos muebles, aparte es incómodo que el baño no cuente con regaderas individuales tienes que bañarte para da en una tina

Gran experiencia gracias a su ubicación y servicio
Pros:

Mi experiencia en el Exe Suites San Marino fue muy positiva. Lo mejor, sin duda, es su excelente ubicación: está a solo una calle del Ángel de la Independencia, en una zona rodeada de muy buenos restaurantes, cafeterías y comercios. Además, si contratas tours por la ciudad, muchos de ellos tienen puntos de recogida a solo una calle del hotel, lo que hace todo mucho más práctico.

El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. También destaco la limpieza de las habitaciones y de las áreas comunes, que se mantuvo en muy buen nivel durante toda mi estancia.

Como aspecto a mejorar, considero que las instalaciones podrían renovarse. Aunque el hotel está bien conservado y es cómodo, el edificio y algunos espacios lucen antiguos, por lo que una modernización le daría un valor agregado importante.

En general, es una excelente opción por su ubicación, la atención del personal y la relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue que las instalaciones se sienten antiguas y podrían beneficiarse de una renovación. Aunque todo estaba limpio y en buen estado de funcionamiento, el mobiliario, los acabados y algunas áreas comunes dan la impresión de ser un hotel con varios años de uso. Modernizar estos espacios mejoraría considerablemente la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Cuádruple room was very spacious

Cons:

Floors were super old, loose and not maintained. Electric outlets were super loose, couldn’t connect our cell phones for charging. Lights didn’t turn off properly, we had a bad night since the room never was totally dark.

WORST Hotel room EVER!!

Nothing about this room was acceptable!

Cons:

The room was NOTHING like the pictures shown! There was a smell as soon as you walked in. There were no blankets on the bed, the towels were old and used looking, the kitchenette was old and dirty, and the bathroom had black mold on the wall by the shower! It was not a adequate room to stay in so we left! I wish I had photos but just as soon as we checked in, we turned around and checked out!
