Instalaciones demasiado demasiado antiguas y sucias, paredes puertas , espejos uufffff y viene el mundial y las instalaciones la rececion de siglo 15 de vecindad

Toallas sucias aunque me las cambiaron en el instante, llegada de equipo para reparacion de caldera casi a media noche y empezaron la instalacion a las 9 am cuando todavia estanamos dormidos, de preferencia hubiera sido a las 11 am

Las alfombras están muy deterioradas

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente,en medio de la madrugada creo que dejo de funcionar.

El edificio está muy viejo, las cañerías y las duchas hacen mucho ruido y no funcionan muy bien

Don’t accept their taxi service my experience I accepted first they said it was gonna be 380 pesos transport to the airport. I clearly stated many times I was going to AIFA and the lady manager booked the taxi service to another airport when we were about to arrive at the airport which was like a 30 minute drive the taxi driver said we’re five minutes away and we’re like no why it’s like when we came, it was like an hour and a half drive and he’s like oh that’s the different airport. That’s when the whole stress began cause now we had to pay 1200 pesos for the driver to take us to the correct airport so to avoid all this stress and manage our time and not miss our flight I paid that 1200 pesos. I called the lady manager at the hotel to tell her my concern she denied making the mistake and after going back-and-forth, she agreed to pay 300 pesos to the taxi driver, which I think was not fair but something is better than nothing. Tell my recommendation is just get the bus that is almost right in front of the suites Marina and they charge 160 pesos per person to get you to the airport AIFA which is about an hour and a half drive and they have the schedule there. It’s more reliable and less expensive.

Hice una reservación con 2 camas, al llegar a recepción, la encargada me indicaba un costo extra por cama adicional (mostré los datos y correo de mi reservación y claramente decía 2 camas) la encargada fue incapaz de solucionar el problema, tuve que cancelar y hacer de nuevo la reservación. El sanitario estaba tapado a mi llegada, tuve que solicitar y atender yo mismo el problema, lo reservé porque era de los pocos en la zona que contaba con habitaciones, no me habría importado pagar más por un hotel mejor.

NO SE POR QUE BOOKING.COM PONE FOTOS DE OTRO HOTEL, ESTE HOTEL SE CAE EN PEDAZOS, HUELE A DESAGUE Y EL BAÑO DA ASCO, LAS FOTOS SON OTRA COSA, LAS CAMAS SON DE 1 X 1

Instalaciones muy antiguas
