Location is a serious problem
Pros:

Room was nice, staff was polite

Cons:

The hotel is located in a narrow area requiring you to climb a hill and many stairs. Taxis or Uber don't come here; you have to climb for about 10 minutes. There are vagrants around the corners, so I don't think the location is safe.

The rooms don't have kettles or coffee machine; the staff said there's a shared coffee machine.

Would stay again! 4th time and loved it all the same :)
Pros:

Amazing staff who welcomed us back from the other year with a surprise in our room which was very thoughtful, lovely breakfast, great jacuzzi, great views, comfy beds, brilliant location.

We would definitely keep staying in these apartments and I can’t wait to visit again.

Cons:

We couldn’t get the sauna working as there were no clear instructions. Not sure if it was broke or not but in fairness, we didn’t ask the staff about this so they may have been able to help us and get it working. Instructions for the guests would help, though.

Our room had a cold shower one morning. Again, we didn’t let the staff know to get this fixed. Instead, we just got a shower in the evening to make sure there was enough hot water.

There for the half marathon, the accommodation was fine for what we needed.
Pros:

the property was in an ok place but it does require taking alot of stairs to get to the door

Cons:

the area was a little bit run down but it was ok for the price

Great location, lovely staff and a comfortable room
Pros:

Variety for breakfast as well as teas and coffees available. Spa was a lovely thing to have available after a day hiking through Lisbons streets
View from the bar was second to none and the staff were fantastic

Cons:

Nothing. I enjoyed the place immensely and would certainly stay again for any future visits

Wir waren für 4 Tage vor Ort und waren super zufrieden! Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Das Frühstück und die Aussicht waren super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Cons:

Die Wände waren leider etwas hellhörig.

Ci è piaciuta molto. La colazione molto buona la struttura bella e con una vista meravigliosa. La spa bella ma la sauna non era funzionante e lo staff cordialissimo.

Sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichendes Frühstück, wunderschöne Aussicht und sehr sauber ist es !

Cons:

Wir wurden leider jeden Morgen von den Leuten im Apartment über uns geweckt da sie Wände/Böden sehr dünn sind.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Pasteis de Nata ad libitum, sehr freundliches Personal sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist.
