Short but humbling
Pros:

Outstanding customer service! Like wow! Love the rooms with the balcony in humble experience.

Cons:

Lots of stairs no taxi or uber or bolt need to walk up or down and stairs in the accommodations

Tolles Apartment mit mega Aussicht
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist phänomenal, die Terrasse und der Frühstücksbereich mit der Aussicht phantastisch. Das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl ausreichend. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Küche und Wohnbereich. Der Platz war ausreichend. Das Bad angenehm groß. Das Bett war gemütlich. Kaffee, Tee, Obst, Kuchen und Wasser über die ganze Zeit frei.

Cons:

Dem Ort geschuldet ist die Unterkunft nur über eine lange Treppe erreichbar. Mit Gepäck etwa unkompfortabel. Wer aber mit dieser Aussicht vom Apartment, der Terrasse oder dem Frühstücksbereich aufwachen bzw. sein möchte, nimmt das gerne in Kauf.

Un séjour idyllique !
Pros:

Le personnel était vraiment agréable et à l'écoute et hyper disponible ! La localisation, le confort et le petit déjeuner étaient également incroyables ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre venu ici ! Encore merci tout le monde !

Cons:

Petit couac avec une femme de chambre qui avait malencontreusement jeté un de nos sacs (qui devaient ressembler à un sac poubelle) mais la situation a été réglé très rapidement par le personnel présent lorsque nous nous en sommes rendus compte ! Encore merci à eux !

Hotel ok aber Lage Straße muss einladend sein.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse

Cons:

Die Umgebung - der schlechte Weg zur Unterkunft. Verschmutzt. Kleidung auf der Straße verteilt.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick. Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Bei der Anreise die vielen Stufen beachten, besonders wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist.

Great location, lovely apartment
Pros:

Great accommodation in old town, lovely help yourself breakfast. Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Lovely staff and great that iced water and paste de nata were available at all times in reception area. The view from the reception over the old town is exceptional.

Cons:

There was a long flight of steps to get to the apartment, with only access by foot, however, this is Lisbon old town and I think it would be difficult to find accommodation that did not involve steps! Some of the apartments were accessed via quite a steep spiral staircase.

Pros:

The rooms are very spacious with stunning views. The reception area is very welcoming and a perfect spot to relax with a drink. The hot tub and sauna are a nice addition, especially after walking up and down hills and steps all day.

Cons:

Not the fault of the property but the only way to access the street is either up or down a lot of steps

The food and the room was very good and there is nothing to complain about.

Cons:

First the hotel is in an area that when you arrive especially in the darkness it is very hard to find. Secondly in order to find it you have to go up 70 steps which these are not mentioned in booking.com. This hotel is not a family friendly especially if you have children in buggies. Not even not friendly with people who have walking disability or in wheelchairs. Something which is neither mentioned on booking. com is that the hotel has no lifts whatsoever. Infact I am posting pictures of the 70 stairs you have to go up and down every day.

Ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht, gutem Angebot und nur leichten Einschränkung
Pros:

Die Aussicht war wirklich wunderschön, besonders am Abend. In der Küche konnte man rund um die Uhr Kaffee, Tee und Wasser holen – das haben wir so bisher selten erlebt. Tagsüber gab es die berühmten Pastéis de Nata, die richtig gut geschmeckt haben.

Das Frühstück war eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Es gab eine gute Auswahl mit Fleisch, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli, Eiern sowie Obst und Gemüse. Dazu kamen Säfte, Milch und pflanzliche Alternativen sowie portugiesisches Süssgebäck.

Den Spa-Bereich konnte man pro Raum kostenlos reservieren, was perfekt war, um den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen.

Metro und die Station der Tram 28 sind ganz in der Nähe, genauso ein Supermarkt – praktisch, wenn man im Zimmer etwas kochen möchte.

Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon.

Cons:

Das Castello liegt am Hang, was natürlich für die Aussicht hervorragend ist. Allerdings sind mehrere Treppen nötig, um zum Hotel zu gelangen. Für ältere Personen ist das möglicherweise nicht ideal, wobei dies auch in der Beschreibung transparent angegeben ist und es auch in den anderen Bewerbungen erwähnt wird.
