Location was perfect for attending a wedding nearby, and walking distance to all the main sites we wanted to visit. Although there was a bar downstairs and on the rooftop, the room was very quiet, apart from the slamming fire door outside our room.
We had a king size bed but the bedding didn’t fit. I suggest investing in king size sheets and under sheet that fits the right size beds. It made the bed uncomfortable potentially unhygienic when the sheet didn’t cover the whole mattress.
Staff were incredible! So friendly! Wonderful guy helping store our baggage and giving us our fizz! Sorry didn’t get his name snd he wasn’t wearing a badge but he called us a cab and helped with putting cases in taxi! Restaurant staff polite and helpful! Didn’t use bar!

Friendly greeting at reception and wonderful concierge service. The water and coffee in the room was good quality and much appreciated. Lovely lounge area to eat or have a drink. Close to Oxford St for our shopping trip.
All great. Always wish London Hotels were less expensive but this hotel was good value for money in comparison with most others. The pillows were way too hard. Would love a soft option.

Hotel kenmerkt zich als 4 sterren maar haalt dat niveau niet. Personeel is vriendelijk, bed was prima maar badkamer piepklein. Wij hadden een niet functionerende airco en kregen uiteindelijk een andere kamer. Ik hoorde meer gasten met hetzelfde probleem.

Desk staff wasnt that friendly. Had issues with room service and restaurant service very slow.. stayed in you hotel in Dublin Christchurch and all the staff there was great. Everyone.
Stanza immensa per gli standard di Londra. Colazione molto ricca e con prodotti di qualità. Ottima l'idea di offrire acqua aromatizzata all'ingresso (probabilmente perchè era estate) o i popcorn nel pomeriggio. Acqua a disposizione in camera come anche i biscottini (oltre a tea e coffee). Tutto molto bello e curato
l'illuminazione della camera: o troppo o troppo poco :-)
