Room size is above average
We didn’t have hot water. I think it’s a good reason to skip this hotel next time. When you charge 200 GBP per night, it’s more than basic to give full refund for this.

Great location for central London and the west end. Comfy bed, friendly staff and nice room
Bathroom was really tiny. I'm a pretty average size and it wasn't easy to shut the bathroom door because it was so close to the toilet.

At time of stay hot water issues
The location was great for theatre quarter and night life in Soho. We could use the pool, steam room and sauna out of charge and without having to book it in advance. David at the reception was kind and conversational and his colleague a lady offered complimentary drink as we had to wait in the queue to check in.
The staff in the Spa was somehow unhelpful she was sitting behind the desk did not greet us or smile upon our entrance and did not explain the use and location of Spa very well, she didn’t have a name badge on and was glued to the computer screen. The sink toilet was dirty (in the room) there was no plant, just cow’s milk to put in your tea/coffee. No bed side lamps either.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and always very welcoming and friendly Breakfast was excllent
Difficult to think of anything! Would have liked the choice of porridge at breakfast!
