Fancy but disfunctional
Pros:

The hotel was well situated, clean and the beds were comfortable . Staff were great despite the issues.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work and it was 30 degrees in London. Shower leaked all over the floor and there was a dodgy light that kept flickering on and off through the night. Swimming times for children a bit strange.

מיקום המלון נוח מאוד, במרחק הליכה מאוקספורד סטריט, סוהו וקובנ גרדן. כמה מטרים מתחנת תחתית. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה מאוד, ביצים, לחמים טעימים מסוגים שונים וטוסטר מיוחד ללחם ללא גלוטן. החדר היה קטן אבל לא פיצי. מכונת קפב, עוגיות טעימות , מים מינרליים. מקלחת קטנה אבלמאוד מפנקת הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר היה כיסא..

Superbe découverte! Nous y retournerons certainement!
Pros:

Établissement idéalement situé par rapport au divers sites à visiter. Personnel super sympathique et toujours souriant et à l’écoute. Je ne peux donc que recommander cet Hôtel, dont la décoration et hors du commun. J‘ai adoré!

Die Lage war aussergewöhnlich gut

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Defekt im Zimmer und die Klobürste fehlte. Das Personal war nicht in der Lage das zu erledigen.
Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthalts trotz Reklamation nicht geputzt
