Everything kind staff nothing was to much trouble

I'd booked the wrong night by accident snd they wree v helpful changing it. The sauna is a proper sauna and the room and bed v comfortable.
Great location. Good room size for London standards. Quirky decor
Curtains not black out so got woken up as soon as it became light
Quirky, modern and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Our room was marvellous with everything we could want for our stay. Bed was lovely. Touches like the SMEG fridge and herbal teas were appreciated. The pool was amazing and sauna very clean and restful.
It would help to put a sign up asking children not to jump in the pool. There was a no diving sign but multiple children were jumping in quite unsafely from the side and splashing, almost hitting other guests using the facility.
Please have butter with salt in the breakfast.
The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful.
Location was great, facilities in room were excellent and great breakfast.
Bathroom was small and difficult to move around in.
