Pros:

A notre arrivée on nous demande de prendre place au bar à côté de la réception. Personne ne vient vers nous pour nous expliquer la situation, ce sont d'autres clients qui nous informent. Problème de canalisation d'eau, les chambres sont hors service. On doit nous loger ailleurs... Nous voulons aller à l'autre hôtel mais on nous dit que ce n'est pas possible, qu'il faut attendre le taxi de l'hôtel... Après plus de 1,5 heure à attendre (certains clients arrivés après nous et sont partis avant nous...) nous quittons l'hôtel fâchés et à pieds en direction du métro : l'autre hôtel était à 10 minutes !!

Even with the above comments.. the hotel is lively and a great location to what we wanted..
Pros:

Location was fabulous, hotel modern and very clean with an added bonus of a spa and pool.

Cons:

Very busy with lots of children running riot in the bar area in the evening … spa environment chaotic and very noisy..

Pleasant experience
Pros:

The location is excellent — close to the British Museum and the tube, making it very convenient for reaching major attractions both on foot and by tube. Theatreland is also within walking distance. The rooms are stylish and modern, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is cozy with an interesting, creative design.
I also appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail: complimentary sweets at reception, good tea, tasty cookies, and bottles of both sparkling and still water in the room. The breakfast was varied and delicious.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to use the spa and the pool, but that just gives us another reason to come back.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The kettle in the room was not clean — it had some stains on the outside, possibly from coffee.
