Good breakfast
I always love a fridge in the room. I wasn't expecting one but a bit disappointed that there wasn't one.
I was on the ground floor looking out to the road & had to close the curtains because it was overcast & I had to switch the lights on.
We’ve stayed here previously and really love this hotel. Location is great, using the Portland Street tube, the various buses available in the area and a nice interesting walk to Oxford Street.
It’s a lovely building which has successfully retained the charm of years gone by. I liked the way a smartly dressed staff member leapt to our aid with the suitcases as we arrived. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was unfailingly polite and friendly. There was always someone in or around
The bedroom was a good size for London and, in a 30 degree heatwave, the effective air con is great. Nice toiletries, fluffy towels, secure locking safe and tea making facilities were all welcomed. It’s sometimes the little things that make you happy.
Breakfast was superb, nice surroundings and spoiled for choice.
Very happy once again with our choice and we’ll definitely stay here again!
Jättebra läge med gångavstånd till mycket och mysigt område med många trevliga restauranger. Väldigt trevlig personal. Rummet var rymligt och välstädat. Fint och modernt badrum.
Lite trist och ofräscht med heltäckande gardiner och heltäckningsmatta. Väldigt hårda sängar och kuddar tyvärr.
Zentrale Lage. Sauberes gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Das Frühstück war gut mit einer unkomplizierten Organisation, auch wenn es nicht im Voraus bestellt worden ist.
Das Hotel hat voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprochen. Es gibt am Service nichts auszusetzen. Ich komme seit Jahren immer wieder zurück.

Room size smaller than expected, despite being classed as Superior Double Room. Limited storage space.
Clean and excellent location - just 15 min. Walk from Oxford street.
The check-in is Quito late 15.00 hours but the staff is nice and they will acomodate your languages so you can at lest start to explore the city!

Det var inte så trevligt på hotellet, tex lounge och bar. Men helt ok för att bara sova. Dock väldigt lyhört.

The staff was very courteous, the food from the attached restaurant was excellent and the delivery to our room was a big help after a long day. The room and the lobby were beautiful.
The only two issues were that I wish the room had a small refrigerator. Also the bathroom was small but made to feel smaller by the door turning into the bathroom. If it turned the other way it would have been easier.
