Está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo, con bonita fachada, cerca de algunos restaurantes y a pocos minutos del metro. El desayuno es adecuado.

Cons:

No lograron acomodarnos en habitaciones cercanas, a pesar de haberlo solicitado con anticipación. Mi familia quedó separada por algunos pisos, lo cual resultó incómodo.
Los ascensores son antiguos y un poco peligrosos; al parecer, carecen de un sensor que evite accidentes al cerrar las puertas.

Very comfortable, clean, and friendly place 10 min from oxford street.
Pros:

Staff is very helpfull, the hotel is very clean, the environment is quiet.
Close to regent park.Close to underground station.

Cons:

Good location, disappointing rooms.
Pros:

The hotel is very well situated for west end theatres. It is close to the tube & bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good with lots of choice of hot & cold food.
The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

Initially we were given a lower ground room but it was situated right next to a door for the staff to go in & out to presumably access the kitchen, As we knew they would start early in the morning to get breakfast prepared, we asked to move to a different room. The reception staff quickly arranged a different room for us to look at which we did and moved there. What we didn't notice was that the bed was actually a sofa bed, there were no bedside cabinets so any items we wanted overnight such as water, glasses, phone etc had to go on the floor. This was not a cheap hotel, we paid £600 for two nights and it was very disappointing to find the basic facilities were lacking. We asked to be moved again for our second night and were given a better room. No rooms have a fridge which I find surprising in a four star hotel.

odalar oldukça temizdi. otelin konumu iyi sayılır. market ve restoranlara yakın. metroya yürüme mesafesi.

rezervasyon yapılırken odanın under ground (-1) katında olduğu yazılmamıştı. bunu bilseydim bu otelde konaklamazdık. otelin bütün odalarının dolu olduğunu söylediler. 013 numaralı odada konakladık. bu oda emin olmamakla birlikte personel giriş odası veya mutfak girişinin yanındaydı. bu sebeple gece geç vakitte bile çok fazla personal giriş çıkış sesi ve konuşma sesi duyduk. -1. katta olduğu için çok yoğun bir şekilde metro sesi geliyordu. metro sesi yüzünden gece defalarca uyandık. yastıklar oldukça inceydi ve yumuşak değildi.

I highly recommend to stay here.
Pros:

This hotel has air conditioning available. So it was very comfortable during the London heatwave. They upgraded our room to an executive suite. It had lots of space and a huge bathroom. The staff was so nice. They held our luggage the last day for us while we roamed London. The location is close to great restaurants and the tube stations.

Pros:

Location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood with tube station and bus stops nearby. Plenty of option for food within walking distance, including an authentic Indonesian restaurant.
We stayed at the comfort triple room, which is clean, comfortable, with enough space for the 3 of us. The bathroom is spacious and the toiletries is refilled daily. The hotel has lifts, which help with accessibility. Although there is a short flight of stairs from the street to the lobby, you can ask help from the staff.
The tap water was safe for drinking, but the hotel also provided complimentary bottled water (can be requested at the receptionist).
Pre-arrival communication via booking.com message was quick, clear, and helpful. The staff is courteous and helpful.

Cons:

No mini fridge in the room. A grab bar/handle in the bathtub would be a useful addition, especially for elderly guests.
