I had eye surgery that day - staff were excellent

The bed was very comfy and the room was large but very old fashioned.
Not worth the money at all, £180 is a lot of money for an outdated room without breakfast.
Staff were disengaged, didn’t really pay attention to you and the location isn’t great in my opinion to warrant the charge.

Extremely noisy outside, up to midnight the shop opposite were unloading from a wagon. Constant rumbling of tubes underground. Near restaurant room so from 7.30am lots of loud people walking past the room to access restaurant.
