Nice but would have been better had they accommodated my request for a 3rd floor room
Pros:

The location is very good as you can go to Sprouts or Walgreens which is steps away. Downtown is a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is very good. Too bad they close it down at 9:00AM during the week. The room is nice and large. The kitchen is ok. Has a sink, microwave, and small refrigerator. The beds are a bit soft but the sheets are nice. The bathroom is large and comfortable. You can still hear people above you and next door.

Cons:

I was put in a room facing the entrance. So I could hear people talking in the morning. I also asked for a 3rd floor room 5 weeks in advance. They did not put me in such a room. I found that lacking, being that my stay was 7 nights and I saw people coming and going from neighboring rooms.

It's a nice place to stay if you like super soft, squishy beds.

New Year getaway!
Pros:

The indoor pool was very nice. Staff was very professional and nice. Location was fantastic and the plaza across the street was very convenient! The room was nice, liked the amenities in the room. The 2 tvs, sink, microwave and fridge were nice! Plenty of space and drawers!

Cons:

The lighting in the room could've been more. No light by the closet and the light by the bathroom sink was too dim. Bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Wonderful hotel, kind staff and good value for the money
Pros:

This hotel provide excellent accomodation in the perfect location of Prescott, just a few blocks away from many restaurants, bars, shops and places of interest. Hotel staff were very kind and professional, the room was very spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Very good breakfast, although unfortunately, the room where they serve the breakfast has very uncomfortable chairs with high tables and low, bulky chairs. Not nice atmosphere in the dining area. The interior designers failed there. Despite that, this hotel is great value for the money, woth of recommendation for sure.

Cons:

We did not like the dining area for the breakfast. They have very uncomfortable chairs and high tables so not pleasant to eat in such a setting. The breakfast was excellent but the interior designer ruined the room with dining sets so guests can"t enjoy while having morning meal. The management should upgrade that area.

Nice clean hotel near downtown Prescott
Pros:

Location is close to downtown and restaurants. Breakfast and coffee are available in the morning which is nice. Lounge area is big with plenty seating.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. Ample parking and good location.

Perfect getaway!
Pros:

Close to all the downtown attractions. Complimentary breakfast was delicious! The room was clean and comfortable! We enjoyed nights in watching our favorite show. Very relaxing!

Cons:

Limited parking close to our room. However adequate parking was provided, it wasn’t a huge issue!
