Front desk staff was exceptionally accommodating and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable and clean and a convenient location. The only inconvenience was not having an elevator. As an older person it's very difficult hauling heavy luggage up the stairs.

Great view, comfortable room, excellent staff, it was just a bit dated. Would highly recommend.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean with a kitchen. The hotel has great views of the red rock mountains.

We had a lovely time -- enjoyed the swimming pool area immensely, had nice Bell Rock views from our patio, and drove less than 5 min to the delicious Butterfly Burger for dinner.

Property was absolutely beautiful. We were blessed enough to get a room that faced the gorgeous rock formations, so sitting on the balcony was so peaceful. The staff were lovely and very on top of things.

Best experience with hotel staff I've ever had! Joan and Jodi (and others) were awesome. I had some weird health stuff going on and this team made sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. The rooms are big and very clean! I'm gluten-free and the kitchenette was perfect for me to make breakfast and a couple of easy meals. There was even a blender for protein shakes! This property is within walking distance to the Bell Rock trails. You are also within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping if you want. I did some laundry one afternoon and everything you need is there. Made my longer stay feel like home away from home. I would hands down stay here again! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me. :)

The suite delivered more than I expected. Spacious, 1B/2B with a hide a bed in the living room and a nice kitchen and dining room. I love that there was a theme, unexpected but a nice touch. The staff was great from customer service to communications. Very pleasant experience checking in and checking out. I highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Customer service is very helpful as to where to go i.e. finding nearby trails, etc. Were prompt about getting me stuff I needed too. The property is in the relatively quiet area of Oak Creek which is far enough away from Downtown Sedona to keep it less crowded. The views of Bell Rock and other surroundings rocks are spectacular.

We liked staying here in the village of Oak Creek just about 10 minutes outside of Sedona. Walkable to Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte trail head. Beautiful views from our balcony. The one bedroom studio suite was very spacious. Two pools and hot tub were nice to be able to use.

Very nice location and the room was very comfortable and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
